    Hi Atom,
I don’t like too much tequila agave, pineapple juice and aloe.I really don’t like the tequila.
Can I have something else with the pineapple juice?
Another thing, when I eat pineapple my tongue hurts. Is it a kind of allergy?

ps)how do you have the tamarind, carob and maple syrup?Together in the morning with the cobalamin tonic?

    Thanks so much,
    Lucy

The best hormone balancer for most people is Cobalamin Tonic.

Tamarind, carob, and maple syrup is a substitute for those who walk big circles around coffee.

Mix carob powder in tamarind paste (available at most Asian markets) and add maple syrup to taste.

Yes, pineapple juice or aloe vera by themselves or together without the tequila have some positive effects on hormones.

The less ripe a pineapple is, the more bromelain it contains.

Pineapple’s high acidity combined with bromelain’s protein-digesting activity are actually dissolving the surface of your tongue.

The good news is bromelain is anti-inflammatory and counteracts colon cancer. :)

    Thank you so much Atom.
If it isn’t too much, can I ask another question? (already asking it: can I drink mocha coffee (1 teaspoon cacao and coffee) in the mid day after I drink my cobalamin tonic 7-9 am?
Is it good for the hormone too?
    Thanks again and again always,

Mocha is an acceptable choice for a midday coffee.

Drink it with whole cream and/or with cardamom.

Cardamom is in the ginger family and counteracts coffee’s afternoon “antigonadal” effects.

Time-appropriate sweeteners include cane sugar, stevioside (marketed as “stevia” to make it seem more “natural”), sage honey, wildflower honey, or molasses.

Wow !! Looks amazing ! I’d do that tomorrow!
Can I drink every day it? Together with the cobalamin coffee in the morning?
And at night 1-3 am cobalamin tonic for liver cleanse just once or twice a year (does it helps the hormones too? I remember you saying that cleaning liver works wonder on your sex life).

Is tomato juice with molasses or raisins a hormone food too at 1-3 pm?
is is a liver tonic, though a hormone balance? Is it good every day for man and woman?

    Thank you Atom so much.
(I promiss you that those are my only hormone questions).

You can drink two to four cups of coffee a day as long as you experience no adverse effects or withdrawal symptoms if you miss a few days.

It’s said that Roger Bannister broke the four minute mile with his liver not his legs, and the same goes for sexual vitality. :)

The Liver Meridian rises up the leg and circles the genitals.

So, yes, tomato juice and molasses at Small Intestine Time (1:00-3:00 p.m.) is indirectly a hormone balancer.

Bladder Time is A-OK and no sweetener is necessary. :)

    Thank you so much Atom.
I’d love to ask you question all the time and for everything in my life, but that would be too much co-dependency of my part (but would be so great though).
I really appreciate your kindness and generosity.
Millions of hugs and thanks again and again,
    Lucy
