Steve Storch is a renaissance man. He is of modern times, but retains a wealth of historical and spiritual wisdom.

Steiner devised this organic-energetic agriculture approach to as a response to the degradation of life force on the farm and in our food, not as a “movement”, per se.

To breathe new life into dead soil, BioDynamics combines pragmatic organic farming practices with mystical, astrological and energetic influences.

“Even on the worst chemically abused soil, I can make a difference in one year,” said Storch. You’ll see the biology increase, you’ll start to get some soil structure back from increased microbial activity. This compost and ‘the 500′ are like biological nuclear bombs.”

‘The 500″ he refers to is BD500, the horn prep described by Steiner when he introduced the biodynamic method.

This is one of nine potentizations performed by biodynamic practitioners in order to tap into the unobservable aspects of natural systems. Storch creates all of these preparations on the farm when the time is right.

Storch explained the theory behind the ritualistic procedures. “In creating preparations, we’re dealing with very specific biological and energetic processes,” he said. “We end up with highly concentrated preparations that combine cosmic, seasonal, animal and plant energies.”

Storch is a longtime biodynamic practitioner with deep experiences regarding the potentials of water and the production of compost and compost teas.

Plants are not inanimate; they are vibrant, energetic beings with inherent intelligence. The biodynamic farmer lives in communion with his surroundings, not in dominion over them.

He has studied Steiner’s comments and combined them with contemporary experience and insight to produce compost teas beyond compare.

He invented the Vortex Brewer in 2002 with inspirations from Steiner and the work of Viktor Schauberger, Nikola Tesla, Wilhelm Reich, and others.

The Vortex Brewer is a profound means of potentizing compost tea solutions, stirring the BioDynamic ‘preps’, or in working with and respecting the abilities of water.

In order to concentrate on the development of new ideas and products, Storch works closely with Progress Earth, using them as a distribution arm for his life’s work.

Progress Earth is also responsible for distribution of his biological inoculants (Genesis Compound, BD Thunder) and mineral creations (Garden Tonic, Life Elixer).

While the composts and mineral products he creates are beyond “organic”, Storch doesn’t label them as such because of the way in which the federal government recently began to control the process.

In order to be allowed to use the organic label, farmers must prove their compost has been turned at regular intervals and that compost tea has been brewing at a constant temperature.

“They make you make compost on a farm the way you have to treat sewage sludge,” Mr. Storch says, adding that every time compost is turned, the biological processes that are taking place are disturbed.

As he taps scientific biology, ethereal mysticism, and profound respect for life, Storch realizes BioDynamic farming’s ultimate purpose…

John Lear, 69, retired airline captain and former CIA contract pilot with over 19,000 hours of flight time, over 11,000 in command of 3 or 4 engine jet transports, has flown over 100 different types of aircraft in 60 different countries around the world. He retired in 2001 after more than 40 years of flying.

Son of Learjet inventor, Bill Lear, John holds more FAA airman certificates than any other FAA certificated airman. These include the Airline Transport Pilot certificate with 23 type ratings, Flight Instructor, Flight Engineer, Flight Navigator, Ground Instructor, Aircraft Dispatcher, Control Tower Operator, Parachute Rigger and Mechanic, rated for both Airframe and Powerplant.

THE CONSTITUTION IN LIVING COLOR

All you know about the Constitution is what you have been told and what you have been told is all wrong. Government is broken and can’t be fixed because no one knows what the government law that put it together really is. We can all agree that unconstitutional laws are void—what can be done with an unconstitutional Constitution?

George Washington appointed himself President of the United States by taking the oath of Office of President of the United States. In that oath Washington promised to “preserve, protect and defend” the Constitution of the United States. George Washington presided over the Constitutional Convention, so we can be sure that he knew “preserve, protect and defend” does not mean “to support.” The Article VI oath “to support this Constitution” means to adopt “this Constitution,” and no President of the United States or member of Congress has ever taken an oath “to support this Constitution.” An unconstitutional Constitution is a constitution that is not “this Constitution.”

The Constitution of the United States is an inventory of the territory and other property belonging to the United States of America. The Constitution of the United States is simply an unconstitutional Constitution, because it is not “this Constitution.”

Your ability to read is all that will survive a year after you end your formal education. Unless you have been trained to be a mathematician, scientist or engineer, how you think will depend on what you see and what you listen to. George Washington made it impossible for most people to see the Office of President, Office of President of the United States and President of the United States of America as three different Offices. All education in America perpetuates the melding of the Presidents into one man and as a consequence written law has been perverted into what the judiciary says it is.

Because you have learned to read the way government wants you to read, the folklore of the Constitution persists as written slogans. The phrase: “the supreme Law of the Land” is repeated everywhere until the Constitution is believed to be the law above all law everywhere. The Constitution, as black letter law, is the supreme law for government and the land government can govern but it isn’t law for people and the land they own. The Constitution binds the States of the Union, but it isn’t the law for the President of the United States and the Congress, because not one person in government has ever sworn an oath “to support this Constitution,” as required in Article VI of the Constitution.

Written law must be reserved for the exclusive use of government, so it is written with substantial limitations as to persons and most important—territory. Government makes written laws for those who consent to be governed. The government secret? You don’t have to consent to be governed. You can govern yourself—you can preside over your own life and be your own President.

Reading in black and white and being told what you have read is over. The Constitution is about to get a color makeover and you are going to apply the colors.

You are, now, going to learn how to read and understand the correct and original intent of the Constitution by the application of a little living color. The most important fact you will learn about the Constitution is that it is not about you nor is it about any place where you will likely live.

The Constitution adds some embellishments to two existing governments: First, a government for the Land of the inhabitants and settlers of the Northwest Territory and any future federal territory and Second, an expansion of the government of the States under the Articles of Confederation.

In 1998, a little-known Delaware entity began to creep silently into the county courthouses and recorder’s offices of America, dumping its very carefully-crafted documents into the official repositories, leaving not only just a mere token of its affection in the way of recordation fees but also setting the trap for a complete collapse of the nation’s legal control over property ownership and putting it in the hands of the corporate few. Over the course of 12+ years, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS) has thoroughly unleashed a confusing mess of concealed electronic data, supplied by virtually all of the major players in the American financial arena.

As a result of MERS’ actions, coupled with an intricate network of document preparers, it has virtually caused clouds on over 60,000,000 titles to property in every state in the United States. The foregoing is just a small part of this mess. No one knows who really owns their mortgage loan because it is sold and resold many times over, hidden in the crevasses of bits and bytes of information only accessible by the sources that inputted the data in the first place. When the real information comes to the surface, it comes as a prelude to foreclosure against the homeowner. When the homeowner tries to find out who bought what from whom, he is stifled in the nation’s courts by judges who don’t understand this network of trickery and deceit.

On June 21, 1788, New Hampshire became the ninth State to ratify “this Constitution,” the Constitution of September 17, 1787, which was the one presented to the United States in Congress assembled, the Confederation Congress, for submission to the thirteen States for ratification. Article VII of “this Constitution” provided: “The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same.”

Ratification of “this Constitution” by nine State would also be sufficient to activate the provisions of Article IX and X of the Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777. These provisions would permit the new Congress consisting of the Senate (the Committee of States under the Articles of Confederation) and House of Representatives to continue the lawmaking and taxation initiated in the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787.

The settlers and inhabitants of the Northwest Territory, the future States of Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and part of Minnesota were promised Statehood in the original Confederacy, when those States attained a minimum population and met other criteria set out in the Northwest Ordinance. The Northwest Ordinance, the promises made to the settlers and inhabitants there and ratification of “this Constitution” created a new Union of United States, which would be federated rather than Confederate States, as in the first Union.

George Washington, elected to the Office of President of the United States of America on April 6, 1789, turned settlement of the rest of America into a commercial endeavor by taking the oral employment oath of the Office of President of the United States. As executive head of the Confederacy, the United States of America, and as President of the United States, Washington could administer all territories and possessions of the United States of America using the Confederacy’s military and proprietary power.

By combining the two Offices, President of the United States of America and President of the United States, Washington was able to make it appear that laws enacted by a Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America for application to the federated United States were applicable to all the States of the Confederacy, the United States of America.

Washington was able to avoid possible charges of treason by completely avoiding the Article VI subscribed oath of the Constitution of September 17, 1787 and any appearance of occupying an Office under the authority of the Constitution of September 17, 1787,by refusing any compensation under Article II Section 1 Clause 7.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act like all federal laws is by its terms limited to citizens and permanent residents of the United States within the United States, the second Union, and is, therefore, entirely compliant with the Constitution of the United States. The Office of Chief Justice and Offices of Associate Justices were created by federal legislation enacted prior to the Judiciary Act of 1789 which created the Supreme Court of the United States around those Offices. The legislatively created United States Supreme Court will not buck its creator on a major piece of legislation.

George Washington’s parliamentary maneuvers far exceed anything he did on the field of battle. My Basic Course in Law and Government contain those exploits which have been discovered so far. The Basic Course will teach where in the Constitution Washington planted loopholes that to this day allows “government” to get away with grand theft.
