extreme molar tooth pain and swelling (large mercu 7 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
I saw my dentist in Nov. he recommended a porcealin cap for old filling. I am currently out of the country (read dental network insurance plan ) and developed extreme pain and swelling in that tooth. I have ben taking ibuprophen and salt peroxide rinses and applying oil of oregano with some relief. What else will help?Should I breakdown and schedule an appointment with a dentist immediately?
