I'm 26 years old and have been a strict raw vegan for 3 years and just recently started introducing raw animal foods into my diet. I've listened to so many of your broadcasts and the ones that really had an impact in my decision were Daniel Vitalis and Aajonus Vonderplanitz. Right now I'm consuming organic free range raw eggs and a raw cheese from British Columbia that contains sea salt. I'm waiting to find a raw milk source and I've already found a grass fed bison and beef source. My question to you is regarding jerky. Would making jerky with seasonings and spices in a dehydrator with raw meat and temperatures below 100 degrees make the meat less healthy for the human body? Being able to grab for a piece of jerky rather than always having to have raw meat on hand would make life a lot easier here in Calgary, Alberta. Also, what's your view on salt? So many mixed views out there. Love the show. Thanks for all you do.
Much love,
