Jerry Day, a television/film producer and personal rights and freedom crusader, joined us this morning from Burbank, CA to give us an eye-opening look at digital metering devices. We ventured into some pretty spooky territory as he informed us of how these devices record our behaviours and violate our privacy. He told us how these devices are unconstitutional and exactly how he handled the gentleman who arrived at his home ready to install one. Furthermore, not only are these devices spying on us, they are releasing pulsed high energy density radiation 24/7. Why do we continue to allow are institutions to do things beyond unreasonable? Listen to this important message from Mr. Day and when your energy company shows up to install this device, you’ll be armed with the knowledge and strength to “just say no”.

Representative Charles Key(Oklahoma)

“I like a strict interpretation of the Constitution and the following of it.”- Rep. Charles Key

It wouldn’t take long to get our government and it’s role in order if we had more representatives of the people like Charles Key. Representative of Oklahoma Charles Key from  joined us this morning to discuss the Constitution, which he believes should be strictly followed. He talked about the 4th Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

And how National ID’s and Biometrics violate our rights. He went on to give us a lesson in “Nullification”, a legal theory that a U.S. State has the right to nullify, or invalidate, any federal law that a state has deemed unconstitutional and reveals the biggest kept secret in legislature.

Richard Stallman is an American software freedom activist, hacker, and software developer.  

In September 1983, he launched the GNU Project to create a free Unix-like operating system, and has been the projects lead architect and organizer. With the launch of the GNU Project, he started the free software movement and, in October 1985, set up the Free Software Foundation.

Stallman pioneered the concept of copyleft and is the main author of several copyleft licenses including the GNU General Public License, the most widely used free software license. Since the mid-1990s, Stallman has spent most of his time advocating for free software, as well as campaigning against both software patents and what he sees as excessive extension of copyright laws. Stallman has also developed a number of pieces of widely-used software, including the original Emacs, the GNU Compiler Collection, and the GNU Debugger. He co-founded the League for Programming Freedom in 1989.
