Time Conscious Living
Atom Bergstrom, born Gosta Ingvar Bergstrom, Jr, is credited as the founder of Sun Sync and the leading expert on a Sun-Centric lifestyle. Atom’s journey towards health, nutrition, longevity, and meditation goes back to 1955, when he first started reading books by D.C. Jarvis, J.I. Rodale, Carlton Fredericks, Adelle Davis, Aldous Huxley, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Prabhavananda, and numerous others. His exposure to the above mentioned authors instigated a deep desire and passion to understand and unlock the secrets to optimal human wellness and longevity. Atom was inspired by the words of Thomas Jefferson: “School teaches all of the branches, but none of the roots.” He sought the answers to his questions, not in classrooms, but in books, relationships, and life experiences. His quest for true knowledge and wisdom began by studying in hundreds of libraries across the country and evolved by studying with teachers and masters including Swami Adano Ley, Sufi Adnan Sarhan, Rabbi Michael Shapiro, Taoist Master Yun Xiang Tseng, and Fitness Icon Gypsy Boots. His most significant teacher was Swami Adano Ley with whom he spent 14 years. During this time, he studied a variety of sciences extensively, including the sun centric lifestyle, and ultimately graduated from Adano Ley’s Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences. The knowledge and wisdom he gained studying under a highly evolved swami combined with his emphasis on scientific research & personal experience would soon become the heartbeat of Sun Sync Nutrition. For the past 40 years, Atom has dedicated his life to the continuous learning and teaching of Sun Sync Nutrition, Time Conscious Eating, Cosmo-Chemistry, Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, Body Language Analysis, Iris Analysis, Lucid Dreaming, Meditation and many other sciences.

Can arteries weakened by high blood pressure be naturally restored? Someone on the show recently spoke of the only 4 tricks cardiologists have as standard procedures and how the progression from 1 to 4 is inevitable. Does it start with a stent?
I am now just getting to ordering my cod liver oil. After sending Dr. Lewis the Weston Rrice link about Carlsons and that the vitamin A content is reduced he actually said that is one of the reasons he uses it because if someone were to take 15 g/ day of high potency cod liver oil it might cause vitamin A toxicity. You have probably already had a good debate with him on cod liver oil. Just letting you know what he said to me, basically stick with Carlsons. Hope that is helpful feedback.
A neighbor in.the medical field studied glyphosate and worse herbicides and said it cannot harm us because we are not plants. He said it harms the shikamate pathway.. And humans do not have a shikamate pathway.
But don’t we have tiny plants or bioforms inside us that do have the shikamate pathway?
I was at the optician last week for a yearly eye test, all was well ,but ,as a retired man , I got the impression from the very nice young optician that my eyes would deteriorate as an inevitable consequence of old age , ie cataracts and glaucoma etc . Is this true?

Here are some methods that may help offset harmful effects of fish consumption by cleaning up a fatty liver:(beetroot, LGG probiotic, liver cleanse, taurine)
Beetroot supports vision and cleans fatty liver:
Probiotics protect the liver; from http://qualitycounts.com/newsletter18/180502.htm
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/04/180423085445.htm – Science Daily, 4/23/18 – “Saeedi and his colleagues focused their study on the http://qualitycounts.com/fplacto.html Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (known as LGG), a species common in many over-the-counter probiotic formulations. They gave mice food laced with LGG for two weeks and then examined how they responded to a high dose of acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol®) … mice receiving the probiotic treatment suffered less liver damage when presented with an overdose of acetaminophen compared with mice that did not receive probiotics … Administration of the probiotic LGG to mice improves the antioxidant response of the liver, protecting it from oxidative damage produced by drugs such as acetaminophen … Other studies in mice have previously shown that LGG can protect against alcoholic liver disease and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease”
Dr. Jennifer Daniels’ one-day liver cleanse:
1/4 cup castor oil and 3/4 tsp turpentine mixed together
Take first thing in the morning, chase with warm water and be prepared to poop 3-12 times throughout the day.
Dr. Jennifer Daniels’ 18-hour liver flush protocol (more in depth):
– Optionally eat vegetarian starting the day before the flush
– Fast after lunch on the day of the flush
– At 6pm & 8pm take 1 Tablespoon Epsom salt in 1 cup water
– At 10pm take mixture of 1/2 cup olive oil and 1 teaspoon turpentine (“100% Pure Gum Spirits of Turpentine”)
– Chase with 1/2 cup lemon juice and lay down on right side for 20 minutes
– At 6am & 8am take 1 Tablespoon Epsom salt in 1 cup water
– Poop out stones that morning
Medical Medium Anthony William said for sluggish or fatty liver and hepatitis B, reduce fat consumptiondown to 10-20%, use mostly plant fats. Bring in more fruits and leafy greens. Also for sluggish liver drink 16 ounces of celery juice once per day (don’t add anything to the juice). Adenosylcobalamin is the only co-enzyme B12 that restores the liver. It helps people with chronic illness and liver problems.
Dr. Edward Group has an article and product about adenosylcobalamin B12:
From the 6-12-2018 Enriching Gifts newsletter:
Taurine increases the effectiveness of fat metabolism by promoting the flow of fat and bile to and from the liver. It does this by facilitating LDL cholesterol decomposition to bile acids. For those of you that think you may have gall stones, Taurine, as well as beets, milk thistle, and lecithin are a must.
Dietary taurine supplementation eliminated tinnitus (constant ringing in the ears) in rats. Higher amounts (4 mg/mL vs 1 mg/mL) and frequencies of taurine supplementation yielded better results [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2997922/].
The GABA like calming action of taurine in the brain auditory circuits may be responsible for this improvement
Taurine has an anti-arrhythmic effect on the heart, thus increases the regularity and strength of the heart. It regulates blood pressure and stimulates the gall bladder for healthy cholesterol levels:
The amino acid taurine promotes growth of new brain cells, plus it combats fatty liver by breaking down LDL cholesterol into bile acids (http://greenmedicineonline.com/05-13-17).
