Much of Peter D’Adamo’s Blood Type info is misleading.
It’s based on lectins, and with few exceptions, lectins react with the gastrointestinal tract, not the blood.
A few foods DO affect the blood, for instance, lima beans agglutinate the blood of Type A.
Eating by Blood Type can give a person a slight edge on avoiding heart disease, pneumonia, tuberculosis, etc.
On the other hand, eating by Blood Type can give a person a slight edge on getting cancer.
Many lectins, such as the ones in the mushroom family, are anticarcinogenic.
Jackfruit lectin is even capable of REHABILITATING brain cancer (gliomas) without destroying the cancer cells.
Cranberry lectin prevents E.coli from attaching to the walls of the bladder.

One factor of aging is organ desynchronization (and endocrine gland desynchronization).
