My friend Judy Utley was given a short time to live.

She had cancer throughout her body — spine, breasts, lungs, you name it, it was there.

The doctor who diagnosed her was amazed that she was still alive, and told her to “get her affairs in order” as quickly as possible.

Judy moved from Fort Worth to San Antonio where two nurses applied a caustic salve that burned a large hole in Judy’s back, leaving a permanent scar.

Doctors couldn’t find a trace of cancer or even precancerous tissue in her body thereafter.

    Judy lived eight more years.

    She never gave up chain-smoking.

Yet herbalist/acupuncturist Michael Tierra investigated other patients of these two nurses and found no successful “cures.”

    greetings!

Can you please name a few foods that are “gallblader foods” that are in particular helpful to the gallbladder?
You mentioned on several ocassions the type of foods that have a negative impact on it. I am staying away from those.

Also, in the “Touch for health” book it is mentioned that the anterior deltoid is linked with the gallbladder. If I were to exercise that muscle at gallbladder time – would doing that boost/help/strenghten the gallbladder?

    Thanks!

PS It`s great to hear that Miss Vibrant Gall is doing a lot better! Blessings to you both!

      1) Macadamia nuts for breakfast.

      Sheep/goat cheese for lunch.

      Beetroot for supper.

      2) Exercise the anterior deltoid at Spleen-Pancreas Time.

Exercise it for therapy at Kidney Time (a circadian shunt to Gall Bladder Time).

Any chance of writing a blog entry focusing on the galllblader?

What foods it thrives on, what foods have a negative impact on it, the three Associate Organs that help to set its timing etc etc.

        Thanks!
