Re: What are your recommendations for someone with sleep apnea?

Central obesity (midsection bloat) is a major cause of sleep apnea.

Central obesity is a major factor in heart attacks too.

Bloated or not, these things can ease sleep apnea …

(1) yawn and stretch often

(2) do free-form dancing and other nonlinear exercises

(3) do pelvic floor exercises, e.g., Kegel exercises.

(4) eat Solar whenever possible

(5) eat citrus (alone) at Spleen-Pancreas Time (9:00-11:00 a.m.)

(6) eat melon (alone) at Bladder Time (3:00-5:00 p.m.)

(7) eat pineapple at Triple Heater Time (9:00-11:00 p.m.)

(8) stop eating a meal as soon as your breathing changes

(9) avoid sulfites and sulfur dioxide

(10) resolve as many toxic engrams as possible, esp. engrams involving deficiencies of dopamine and/or acetylcholine.

A physiological indicator of self-realization is the ability to hold one’s breath for an entire hour.

Self-realization is “structural realization,” and conscious sleep apnea – control of the delta brain wave state – is the key to it.

Harry Houdini (1874-1926) had a mantra …

“My brain is the key that sets my mind free.”

Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …

“When inhalation meets exhalation, brain power increases. Yogis call it samadhi. The greater the lung power, the greater the brain power.”

Both obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) involve unconscious yearnings for self-realization without wanting – or knowing how to – put in the work.

    AtOM, you’re the best ever.

Can you please explain (10) above?

    (10) resolve as many toxic engrams as possible, esp. engrams involving deficiencies of dopamine and/or acetylcholine.

Dopamine stimulates the primary-process emotion SEEKING.

It gives you a reason to wake up in the morning.

Swami Nitty-Gritty attributed waking up in the morning to “remembering something you have to do before you fall asleep.”

The renowned hypnotist Milton H. Erickson basically came to the same conclusion.

      Acetylcholine stimulates VIGILANCE.

But cholinergic (acetylcholine-involved) VIGILANCE is often “negative.”

Therefore, the noradrenergic (norepinephrine-involved) “positive” side of VIGILANCE must be there for balance.

Every coin has three sides – Yes, No, and Maybe (when a coin lands on its side).
