Losing (as opposed to winning) floods the brain with neurotoxic endorphins and enkephalins.

Endorphins, enkephalins, and other opioid agonists can cause brain damage and rigidity of the neck and back muscles.

Humans lose from time to time, so opioid agonists are a secondary reward (along with serotonin).

Dopamine and the proper mixture of catecholamines are consciousness-elevating chemicals.

Dependence on endorphin “highs” are consciousness-depressing and lead to an addiction to losing (playing the “limbo-stick game”).

Endorphins trade off actual pleasure and pain for a generalized “back to the womb” opioid high.

Oxytocin makes you feel more pleasure and pain – two sides of the same chemical coin.

Endorphins lead to what Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) called “stone Buddha meditation” or “sit-ta meditation” (sit on the buttocks and don’t do anything).

Yogis call endorphin-state people “masts,” meditators in a state of pseudo-God consciousness.

Meher Baba (1894-1969) wrote extensively on masts, and many fakirs are notable examples.

Consciousness evolves from the sympathetic nervous system, and the parasympathetic nervous system as a built-in retreat (and treat) from “too much reality.”

Re: Do you think we can eventually detoxify all of the fluoride we’ve taken from years or decades of drinking tap water, using fluoridated toothpaste and having been given fluoride supplements?

Most of the fluoride we ingest is from food, not water or toothpaste.

The first step is to stop its daily ingestion and accumulation.

It usually takes years to detoxify from fluorine.

Just one reason (of many) is fluorine’s location on the Periodic Table of the Elements.

For example, chlorine has eight “neighbors” (oxygen, fluorine, neon, sulfur, argon, selenium, bromine, krypton) to help mobilize its detoxification, while fluorine has only six (helium, oxygen, neon, sulfur, argon, chlorine), and helium and neon don’t combine with fluorine (except in rare and usually artificial circumstances).

Mild opiate withdrawal accompanies people who stop suntanning after doing it for a while.

Boron is a morning Growth Zone One atomic element, and orange is its single color spectral predominance.

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon is Boron Time.

    According to Swami Nitty-Gritty …

“Take boron for diabetes. Pear, eggplant, okra, and other mucilaginous foods contain boron.”

Combining boron and fluoride may be counterproductive, especially for someone who plans to suntan at the beach.

I prefer to eat calcium- and magnesium-rich foods three times a day “on time” to counteract fluoride accumulation.

People accumulate more fluoride from food than water, including fluoridated water.

96 percent of fluoride winds up in bone, so the easiest way to deal with fluoride is to stop it before it gets that far into the body.

Besides dental fluorosis and hypoplasia, fluoride can cause …

    1) osteoporosis (bone porosity)

    2) osteomalacia (bone softening)

    3) osteophytosis (bone spurs)

    4) hyperostosis (excess bone growth)

Fluoride doesn’t calcify the pineal gland, contrary to all the cyberspace disinformation.

It decalcifies it and turns it to chalk.
