Contrary to Medical Myth (old doctor’s tales), the primary cause of heart attacks is NOT the narrowing or blockage of coronary arteries by atherosclerosis.

GAS RISES to crimp the coronary artery, blocking blood flow to the heart.

Have you ever crimped your garden hose and the water stops flowing?

Nobody ever looks for cholesterol blockage in their hose to fix the problem.

They simply un-crimp the hose and keep watering their garden.

Most heart attacks – especially the first one – are triggered by VASOSPASM and the vagus nerve (pneumogastric nerve).

Cardiovagal reflex sensitivity is a major player in …

(1) cortisol-related heart attacks caused by lack of courage and the “rage to live,” and

(2) oxytocin-related heart attacks caused by “heartbreak” and codependency.

Toxic oxytocin can cause water intoxication when crying is stifled by social conditioning.

Rising gas is also the primary cause of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).

The cardiac valve (cardia) is NOT an anatomical sphincter muscle.

It’s part of the stomach and operates by pressure, and gastric distention reverses its pressurization polarity.

Gastric distention – the so-called “apple shape” – contributes to heart attacks by …

(1) Squeezing the heart muscle directly,

(2) crimping blood vessels directly, and/or

(3) reducing oxygen supply to the blood indirectly by cramping the lungs and diaphragm.

Physiological options for backing off a primary heart attack (in alphabetical order) include …

belching,

belly dancing,

coughing,

crying,

defecating,

drooling,

farting,

hiccuping,

hissing,

laughing,

orgasming,

screaming,

shouting,

sneezing,

sniffing,

spitting,

sputtering,

stretching,

sweating,

urinating,

using profanity,

yawning,

yelling,

yodeling,

etc.

Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …

“The body could’ve come with a hinged toenail to let the pressure out, but a surgical declenching release valve is impractical because the blood would escape by gravity flow. It’s more practical to yawn and fart and burp.”

Yawning generates saliva, and saliva prevents bloating, acting as an anti-foaming agent.

    Hi Atom,

It can be if it’s FRESH bud-time tree sap gathered by someone who knows what they’re doing.

They’re good sources of vitamins and minerals when confined to their selective growth periods.

Maple syrup is a Zone One morning food.

Sugarcane molasses is a Zone Two midday food.

Sorghum cane is a Zone Two midday food.

Sugar beet molasses is a Zone Three evening food.

Atom: an unrelated question. In your book, you say that eating almonds first thing in the morning tells the pancreas what to expect for the day. Makes sense. I have also read that when eating a meal, one should eat the fastest digesting food first, as the stomach is FIFO. So if I eat a meal that contains animal protein and vegetables, should I eat the vegetables first, or would it be better for the digestion to eat protein first to notify the pancreas? Thanks

Flesh is considerably more digestible than vegetable matter, esp. when it’s from a wild animal or grass-fed beef.

When cows are fed grains, add an extra three hours to the digestion time.

This has been known by M.D.s (military first, civilian second) since the 1830s.

    Hi Atom,

firstly, just going back to an earlier post with the fragrances. are you also saying that for example an “eau de Toilette” by Chanel for men should be avoided for the same reasons?

also here in Ireland like a lot of countries they are vaccinating young women age 13 and 17 with the HPV vaccine and now including men in some places!!
most jobs in the healthcare field in Ireland require mandatory vaccines! the excuse is it covers insurance for the hospital or nursing home etc… i am interested in doing Care work but these mandatory vaccines are putting me off as i will not get any.

lately i got on a back to education scheme and funded by government. i liked my last job but this course kinda sucks and is called “pre-nursing” but is all standard fare. if i leave i might not get help by the government. now i want to be independent and not need any government money but times are a bit rough. although i heard some people can manifest money, needs etc…any tips on how to start pulling away from government?- and becoming financially self-secure because when they know you need money they can pull the strings:)

The “health” insurance monolith and its burgeoning bureaucracy and the hundreds of billions of dollars spent on mountains of useless paperwork and labyrinths of cyberspace records need to be extirpated from the face of the earth.

The people of this planet have already lost 99 percent of their freedom of choice regarding health.

Swami Nitty-Gritty advised, “God don’t work for nobody and neither should you.”

Every morning write ten ways to earn money independent of the global education-employment monopoly.

Make your ideas as out-of-the-box as possible to stimulate your creativity.

In one month, you’ll have listed 300 ways to earn money, and, at the very least, one or two will be practical enough to be put into action.

(I learned this potent prosperity technique from Greg Whiteley of Aquarian Lifestyle Research and Divine Spark Productions.)

    Hello Atom,

Unrelated question regarding goto kola. In your book

“Butterflies need no …” vol 2, goto kola is described as a memory enhancer, but only at the beginning of spring.
It’s beginning of spring here in Australia and I’m wondering if dried goto kola would have the same effect as fresh one? would the aura of the missing leaf be there? and is it needed for goto kola to work?

    Lots of love and blessings

The original research was done with fresh gota kola.

Any reader know of any subsequent research on this?

My guess is dried gota kola retains most of its memory-enhancing properties.
