Growth Zone 3 + 1

12:30 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. is a Transition Time. Evening Growth Zone 3 foods can be combined with Morning Growth Zone 1 foods.

A chocolate pineapple cake made with rice flour is an example.

Or a pińa colada made with 100% agave tequila added to pineapple and coconut juices.

Or a juice made by blending pineapple and dates with apple juice.

Or figs and globe onions, a long-standing remedy for excess phlegm and mucus.

(Figs and green onions can be taken from 11:30 a.m.-12:00 noon.)

<>

A Transition Time is also called a Bridge Time. Or a Phase-In Time.

Midday foods and evening foods can be combined.

<>

There are three Transition Times …

1) the first dividing Morning from Midday

2) the second dividing Midday from Evening

3) the third dividing Evening from Morning

<>

Dr. John T. Richter & Vera M. Richter (in their book, Nature: The Healer, 1936, 1946, 1962) listed pineapple as a morning food.

They probably thought pineapples grow on tree limbs.

They grow on the ground, not in the branches.

Pineapple plants fixate carbon dioxide at night, storing it as malate.

<>

Don’t make a habit out of Transition Eating.

It’s a “spare tire” to keep you moving down the highway.

<>

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“This integration with food in a time relationship is the real bond between you and the Creator. Synchronous absorption is automatic immortality. All you got to do is eat your way to immortality.”

How’s this for social distancing idiocy?

Schoolchildren in Britain are allowed to throw a ball but not catch a ball.

You can’t make this stuff up.
