Living On Time & Living In Time

Any food eaten On Time and In Time is a superfood.

You are When you eat is more important than What you eat.

1) Eating On Time is eating according to Biologic Time Structure — the 24-hour “circadian frequency domain” is the most crucial for health and longevity.

2) Eating In Time is eating according to Intuition — knowing when to “push through” and when to step back.

“Is it better to be in time or on time,” I asked Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty).

“In time is better,” he replied. “If you’re on time for an appointment, the other fellow may be late. If you’re in time, you both arrive at the same time.”

Intuition is easier for the Eastern Mind to grasp than the Western Mind, but, fortunately for Westerners, Living In Time is fostered by Living On Time.

Meditation helps too. It helps a lot.

Carl Jung (in his “Foreword” to the Wilhelm/Baynes edition of the I Ching) wrote …

“If a handful of matches is thrown to the floor, they form the pattern characteristic of that moment. But such an obvious truth as this reveals its meaningful nature only if it is possible to reveal the pattern and to verify its interpretation, partly by the observer’s knowledge of the subjective and objective situation, partly by the character of subsequent events. It is obviously not a procedure that appeals to a critical mind used to experimental verification of facts or to factual evidence.”

Adano said, “The owl is symbolic of the medicine man or wise man. The eagle is symbolic of clear vision, reaching for the heights.

“The owl is never asleep at night. That’s knowing Who you are when you’re sound asleep.

“First learn the owl, then the eagle.

“The unlimited insight of intuition is the eagle. The journey is a change from Who to What.”

I asked, “If the owl is the Who, and the eagle is the What, what is the When?”

“The lynx. The owl is the intellect. The eagle is the intuition. The lynx is the bridge between them.”

Morgellons is a wastebasket term for over a hundred different syndromes.

It’s also being confused with similar conditions, for example, Candida.

Candida deprived of sugar escapes its intestinal turf by sprouting filaments (hyphal extensions) that penetrate cell walls and cause serious illness.

One example of a temperature-dependent disease is dental caries.

Another example of a thermo-sensitive disease is gout.

Gout is rarer in tropical climates compared to temperate ones.

The quickest way to destroy enamel is by drinking hot liquids and eating hot food.

Re: Is it true that you’ll burn an extra 250 calories a day by drinking eight glasses of ice-cold water?

Yes, you’ll burn those extra calories, but you’ll GAIN weight, not lose it.

Those extra calories are burned by interfering with digestion, blood pressure, and heart rhythm.

Cardiologists warn their patients about the dangers of drinking liquids that are either too hot or too cold.

The Who is our biography. The What is our biology.

Biography is Living to Die — entropy.

Biology is Living to Live — negentropy.

Isn’t it “funny peculiar” how mainstream scientists have labeled the positive as a negative?

I prefer Dr. Emanuel Revici’s terms — homotropy and heterotropy.

A “who” is more enamoured by the story and is of the individualistic self.

The what is respondent to the environment, more in the present moment and closer to the universal self?

(Hense the need for chrono biotic nutrition to fit in with the “what”more)

(Heaven forbid, am I starting to understand your crazy holographic, principle way of thinking?!)

Re: Is there a list of SNG’s human body part to technological invention correlation?

Nope. And the only one I can think of off the top of my head is the transistor designed subconsciously from the hammer, anvil, and stirrup of the middle ear.
