Most people sleep-walk around in a zombie-like trance, thinking their conscious minds are front and center, making all their decisions from Pure Practical Reason — the Kantian “reason that drives actions without any sense dependent incentives.”

“David P. Phillips of the University of California at San Diego found that in California automobile fatalities increase by 31 percent three days after a publicized suicide. The more the suicide is publicized, the more automobile fatalities increase.”
Many people have never heard about …
Westerners have been taught (in school, for starters) to pay little heed to “psychology,” trivializing it to a minor player easily manipulated with drugs.
That’s why so many shrinks are employed by the government.
