Sugar By Itself Is Not the Problem

Otto Warburg taught us that cancer feeds on the incomplete combustion of sugar.

Incomplete sugar combustion is like fire with lots of toxic, carcinogenic smoke.

Simple sugars burn clean, not like starch molecules, which mostly burn with smoke.

Glucose, sucrose, and/or fructose are not the problem!

Metabolizing starch leads to lactic acid residues, a known marker for cancer for over a hundred years.

Metabolizing simple sugars (glucose, sucrose, and fructose) leads to smokeless burning, creating carbon dioxide instead of lactic acid.

Acidifying with lactic acid (fermentation of sugar) will give you every disease in the book from A to Z.

Acidifying with carbon dioxide (oxidation of sugar) will give you high-level wellness.

The Buteyko Breathing Technique (or wearing a paper bag over the head in the evening only) is a step in the right direction, but it’s only the beginning of the proverbial ten thousand mile journey.

Emanuel Revici, M.D. (Research In Physiopathology As Basis Of Guided Chemotherapy – With Special Application To Cancer, 1961) wrote …

“Increased concentration of lactic acid was found in the interstitial fluids of acid pattern lesions, while increased concentrations of sodium and especially potassium ions were found in the interstitial fluid of lesions with an alkaline pattern.

“Processes leading to a local acidosis are known and ascribed to the well-known anoxybiotic metabolism of carbohydrates. They result from lack of the ‘respiratory’ oxybiotic phase of carbohydrate metabolism, with the consequent conversion of pyruvic acid into lactic acid. Only part of the lactic acid is changed into glycogen through the Pasteur-Myerhoff reaction, and an accumulation of lactic acid results.”

“Lactic acid increases as carbon dioxide decreases, during a typical energy deficiency. Deficient thyroid, and the resulting excess of cortisol relative to pregnenolone and progesterone, define the energy deficiency.” — Ray Peat

    Hey Atom!

    1. I just Finished Wilhelm Reich’s, ‘Function of an Orgasm.’
Within it he has a table that groups POTASSIUM with health and moving in the right direction in relation to what his book was exploring (movement outward away from the self to reduce anxiety and restore orgasmic potency), and calcium as the antithesis of this! It ties in with what your saying!

    2. It was also interesting that he was saying that yogic breathing is the antithesis of how he gets patients to breath through his healing process.

    3. What about the ‘starch solution’ of McDougall or whatever his name was! ? Always an opposite point of view eh!?
