Two of my clients, when asked to stick their tongue out at me, passed out cold.

One was standing up, and I caught her before she hit the floor.

The other was already lying down on my Recycling mat, so I simply waited till she regained consciousness.

Obviously, the tongue is a crucial part of our EMOTIONAL DISCHARGE circuit.

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

(1) holding the tongue up and back activates LITHIUM, while

(2) holding the tongue forward and out activates TITANIUM.

Adano had this to say about the tongue …

“Your highest self is self-acceptance. Ask your tongue, where is it kissing all the time? So you got to love you whether you like it or not.”

… and …

“A kiss is the most exotic, erotic, neurotic sound. You never realize that your tongue is made of cells, and you’re busy kissing yourself.”

… and …

“The three major stress levels are what you put in your mouth, to be a loser, and to live to die. Your own mouth lets you down. The body doesn’t let you down. In the photo of Charan Singh on Nancy’s wall, he is biting his tongue. A realized man’s speech has no ‘ifs’ or ‘buts.’ A realized man is centered between his left and right brain.”

… and …

“A-U-M is three movements of the mouth. Aum makes you go to the bathroom when you intone it without moving the tongue. Inductive reasoning pushes the sound down towards the anus. ‘I’ll pray for you’ gives you no karmic debt. ‘When you prayest, go to thy innermost chamber – the BATHROOM.”

… and …

“Inductive response is the golden sound generated by intoning A-U-M without moving the tongue.”

… and …

“Silver is speech, electrical. Gold is silence, magnetic.”

… and …

“The non-eating state is the tongue interacting with resonance in the ear. Man does not live by bread alone.”

… and …

“You get sick when you say something and don’t act it. You are your worst best enemy via the tongue in your mouth.”

… and …

“Moving the tongue is audible. Not moving the tongue is inaudible. Godliness is the capacity of the human body to totally control the atom by the spoken word. A human being is empowered to do it, but is he ready?”

… and …

“The tongue is used in EquiFlow. The back of the neck can be massaged while listening to music. Work on getting the pressure equal from that spot. Feel the sound entering the organs.”

… and …

“If you’re the puppet, cut the strings. If you’re the clown, do simple things. If you’re the joker, learn how to make a joke so the joke is always back on you. If you’re the loser, learn how to do anything and not be victimized by losing. If you’re the dealer, pull back enough so they feel you’re no threat to them. Then go to the mirror and stick your tongue out at it to break fixations.”

… and …

“A ruptured tongue fungates. B6 and cofactors are in the black mushroom. The black mushroom is for fungated tissue. A mushroom looks like a tongue. Soak black mushrooms with onions, bamboo shoots, and deveined shrimp to get a healthy film back on the tongue.”

Wow! That’s much more than I asked for!!

Well, I’ll be first in line – *once* these become available!

Particularly looking forward towards quenching the Adano thirst that you started by talking about him in interviews – and have no doubt fanned that flame with *loads* of anecdotes and quotations in this blog.

I’m sure you’ll keep us posted on through Patrick on the availability of any future publications whether in hard copy or electronically…

Separate subject: Any significance to 11/11/11? I tended to think not (just b/c every year we hear about something along the lines of 9-9-9 or 10-10-10 by numerologists, etc.) – but have received emails (yesterday) and have heard some chatter that make me wonder just a bit. And to boot, experientially, I experienced some productive meditation/sitting.

Only if you have the time….

        Peace!

          Thanks, Ryan! :)

My humble opinion is that 11/11/11 is part of our cultural matrix, and therefore applicable to a greater or lesser degree.

In the 1960s, our effect on the environment was called the “Maharishi effect,” or “super radiance.”

I’ve experienced it many times in my own life.

Back in my TM days, it was said, “No drop of precious love is ever wasted.”

Swami Nitty-Gritty gave his friends and Initiates a song to influence to weather – the Elemental Song – for protection against the Four Elements of Air, Fire, Water, and Earth.

Every time I’ve used it, it’s worked for me.

Whether it’s the song itself or the BELIEF in the song is a good question – and maybe it’s both.

    Dear Atom
First of all, I am a huge fan of your show and its been a long time that I wanted to comment and say that by my definition, you are a genius, without exaggeration. Both you and Nitty Gritty are surely from some other Galaxy or dimension…no need to confess though;-) Every time I listen to you, my jaw drops down…literally.
Unlike PAtrick, I am not even going to try follow the complicated nutritional science that you promote, no time or patience. The life science on the other hand…amazing. And on top of that – you surely make me laugh, and I can almost NEVER REALLY laugh!!! (Thnx for the Frank Sinatra “dobedobedo” joke).
I have a question about my tongue: I am 34 and have completely ground my teeth down, to the point that I cant chew…will have to save money for crowns. I have realized that all this shortness of breath, insomnia etc were other signs of constantly elevated cortisol which has been recently confirmed…no word on how to treat it so far though. I totally understand when you say that the body speaks in its own way, and another way my body is expressing hidden anxiety is tightly clenched fists, especially the right fist…, to the point that other ppl notice and comment on me walking around with clenched fists…not cool! But getting back to the tongue, another issue I have in parallel is this crazy forward tong thrust (as defined by my orthodontist), meaning I can’t EVER relax my tongue day or night and, and for many years it was constantly pushing the front teeth out…I have lately trained myself to notice this and sometimes interfere, but all I can do is take it a bit back, but it is still very tense and is just pushing somewhere else up in my mouth…
    Do you have any advise?

Thanks for your kind comments, dobedobedo. :)

A traumatic engram can easily elevate cortisol, glucagon, and other stress hormones.

My objection to Dr. Amen’s approach is he puts the cart before the horse … the chemistry before the trauma.

Thanks to the transnational “coal tar cartel,” modern psychiatry and psychology claims that you react to your spouse or mother-in-law or boss due to brain chemistry.

The Old School approach was uncovering why and how your spouse or mother-in-law or boss was changing your brain chemistry.

The absolute most you “can’t ever relax” your tongue is 99 percent of the time.

Use your 1 percent – usually it’s a higher percentage – as a foothold on the cliff of your trauma, and begin your ascent.

My BaroSomatic techniques of Body Language Analysis & Recycling root out these hidden engrams.

Until you find the trauma or traumas, pandiculate (stretch and yawn) to reduce the emotional pressure.

The toxic organizing principle of our personality is almost always a PRIMARY ENGRAM, a defense mechanism intimately related to what Gurdjieff called “chief feature.”

Fake it till you make it. :)

Opening the mouth wide in the yawning position has some of the benefits of actual yawning.

      I’m California Dreamin’. :)

I’m planning to move back to So-Cal.

If it wasn’t for the inconvenience of a blown head gasket in my Ford Focus I’d be back there already. :(

I was raised as a “Valley Boy” in the San Fernando Valley, lived in the Santa Barbara area for almost two decades, and in Redding (near Mount Shasta) for two years.

I recently lived in La Jolla for nine months and was in Lompoc in August.

Also, one more question – if you have time of course: you mentioned in the end of your last show that spirulina can have side effects, I really like to use it in my smoothies, can you pls explain what you meant?

To my knowledge, spirulina and chlorella are OK.

I eat spirulina at night with my cod liver oil.

      Blue-green algae is more problematical.

It often contains cyanotoxins such as microcystins and BMAA – in greater or lesser degree – and sometimes (rarely) causes “acute blue-green algae hepatotoxicosis.”

Blue-green algae has been implicated in such progressive neurodegenerative diseases as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s syndrome, and Lou Gehrig’s disease (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
