Yellow designates decision, “having to make a decision,” “you make a decision and you don’t enjoy it,” “emotional indecision,” “kidding yourself,” doubt, frustration, discernment, discrimination, embarrassment, “mental conflict,” “education or intellectual problem,” or “assimilation of new ideas.”

A coward is vacillating and irresolute, and is “yellow,” or has a “yellow streak down their back.”

A nitrogen deficiency in plants causes chlorosis, a condition that turns green leaves yellow.

Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) warned, “Nine out of ten cancer patients are traumatized by indecision.”

Taylor Hartman, Ph.D. (The Color Code: A New Way to See Yourself, Your Relationships, and Life, 1987, 1998) wrote …

“Yellows have a difficult time accepting responsibility for themselves. Somehow they truly believe it is someone else’s responsibility to take care of them.”

Max Tracy (“Gwyn [Gwyneth Paltrow] Follows Rainbow Diet,” Star, Aug. 9, 2004) wrote …

“Yellow foods are recommended for focus and discernment.”

The yellow pigment in the lens of the human eye makes humans “blind” to 60 percent of the violet and blue color radiation in the 430-490-nanometer spectrum and up to 90 percent of the color radiation in the 436-nanometer range (according to “Can See by ‘Black Light’: Patients who have had the lens of the eye removed in an operation for cataract are able to see by ultraviolet light, invisible to ordinary vision,” Science News Letter, Jul. 7, 1945).

The “yellow patch” in the retina as well as the yellow pigment in the cornea and ocular humors filter out much of the blue, violet, and ultraviolet color radiation.

In irisdiagnosis, the toxic yellow “alien pigmentation” in the iris is due to kidney and bladder inefficiency or malfunction.

The Resonant Atomic Elements (RAEs) from the Periodic Table of the Elements for Wednesday (or for any day from 12:00 noon-3:00 p.m.) are …

(1) beryllium,

(2) carbon,

(3) gold,

(4) iodine,

(5) iron,

(6) magnesium,

(7) molybdenum,

(8) osmium,

(9) iridium,

(10) palladium,

(11) phosphorus,

(12) platinum,

(13) rhodium,

(14) ruthenium,

(15) silver,

(16) sodium,

(17) sulfur,

(18) tin,

(19) titanium,

(20) tungsten, and

(21) zirconium.

According to Adano …

“Beryllium is in the posterior pituitary, and zirconium is in the anterior posterior. Beryllium backed up in the small intestine to the heart causes heart attacks, so don’t eat spinach, collard greens, cheese, ice cream, or cutlet mixed with melon. Eat spinach, collard greens, and mustard greens raw.”

“At the charcoal level, our sense of awareness is turned down. Hydrogen, hydration, is necessary for the high temperature in the body to change carbon into diamond. You’re toxic if lightning burns you.”

“You do no wear gold lower than the sexual organs – gold is a frequency that is exactly like the skin, and if it is brought within certain areas of the endocrine system, it has a particular action. Below the sexual organs will start depletion or excessive stimulation.”

“Eat now, pay later, is the protective function of iodine. It’s ‘i-o-dine.’ Iodine is a bridge between the twelve basic elements. Iodine bonds the basic twelve, and monitors them.”

“Iron is the ‘Big I.’ It will drive out the three most dangerous minerals – sulfur, carbon, and sodium. Citric acid is vitamin C without iron. Citric acid polishes iron.”

“Iron and magnesium exchange in the heart. More magnesium is in arterial blood, and more iron is in venous blood. Take magnesium to be a big shot. Magnesium is in the posterior position of the pituitary, and iron is in the anterior portion.”

“Molybdenum builds strength with iron. It’s good for paralytic conditions. Molybdenum is found in bitter foods like chaparral and bitter melon. Molybdenum is good for lessening friction on two moving parts.”

“Take palladium for showmanship and muscle building. It tenderizes cellulite.”

“Phosphorus is in the eye for illumination. Phosphorus is in the liquid of the brain. It’s in the water to keep it from exploding. Phosphorus is already self-ignited and self-illuminant unless you remove it from its cool liquid environment.”

“Platinum and lead can be used as a laser block. Platinum is a superconductor for the transmission of the light body.”

“Take ruthenium for a good heart, then there’s no need for a transplant. Ruthenium will lock into another mineral, like Ruth in the Bible, like a woman in a marriage ceremony. Ruthenium is in cloves. Eat cloves with pumpkin pie. Ruthenium is for people who can’t make decisions. Take ruthenium if you’re wishy-washy.”

“It takes gold, silver, and thallium to levitate an convert gold to lead. Silver is found in the skin of plants. Bamboo shoots contain it. Silver prevents arthritic conditions and is used in shot therapy. Don’t take silver to heart.”

“Sodium is a youth reactivator. Sodium and phosphorus are in watercress.”

“Sulfur is the mineral in taurine that prevents heart disease. You’ll find it at Heart Time.”

“Tin is the center of biotin. Biotin is an antibiotic. Aluminum will bond with tin, Tin is found mostly in herbs. A person with Alzheimer’s disease does not like herb tea. Tin is also found in almonds and citrus foods.”

“Take titanium for memory of the metal. Titanium is in saliva, oxygen, shark, and almonds. Almonds are the most fundamental source. Shark speeds up your cerebral expansion. Titanium makes you benevolent – poke a shark in the nose, and he recognizes you as a lover. A dolphin bumps the shark in the nose.”

    Hi Atom, clarity please.
I remember being told not to wear gold below the heart. Still valid?
“Don’t take silver to heart.” Does that also mean as in jewelry?
    Thanks!

      It’s still valid. :)

The general rule (allowing for exceptions having to do with acupuncture microsystems) is …

Gold jewelry is worn above the heart, silver jewelry below the heart and above the waist, and copper or brass jewelry is worn at waistline or below the waist

Don’t eat silver foods (silver is in the skin) without eating gold foods (gold is more central).

Gold is more central (#79) than silver (#47) on the Periodic Table of the Elements too.

Atom, is bitter melon really a melon and therefore should be eaten alone?
    Thanks again.

The Chinese don’t have a word for squash, so bitter melon should really be called “bitter squash.”

Bitter melon is a good food for midday will power.

If you are ever unfortunate enough to go to a dentist to have tartar removed from your teeth, bring your own toothpaste with a low abrasion index for the polishing.

Never let a dentist use their own tooth polishing paste on your teeth.

The polishing paste the dentist uses is too abrasive.

Dr. Joseph Phillips, D.D.S. used to advise people to ask their dentist for a sample of this polish and clean their bathtub ring with it.

The bathtub ring comes back quicker because the vitreous enamel is compromised.
