So what’s a fellow to do for a black hairy tongue?

Women get it too, but it’s more common in men.

Sergio Gandolfo, Crispian Scully, & Marco Carrozzo (Oral Medicine, 2006) wrote …

“Improve oral hygiene; discontinue any drugs responsible; brush tongue (in evenings); suck dry peach stone.”

Dr. Ma Myo Aye wrote …

“Increasing the amount of roughage in the diet helps to prevent the recurrence of the condition. One suggested treatment for hairy tongue is to slice pineapples thinly and suck the slices for 40 seconds followed by chewing and swallowing them and to do this for 8 minutes twice daily. After 7-10 days the tongue usually returns to normal.”

Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …

“A ruptured tongue fungates. B6 and co-factors are in the black mushroom. The black mushroom is for fungated tissue. A mushroom looks like a tongue. Soak black mushroom with onions, bamboo shoots, and deveined shrimp to get a healthy film back on the tongue.”

Black mushrooms contain a special form of vitamin B6 not available anywhere else, according to Adano.

Black mushrooms are a staple in Chinese cooking, and are sold in most Asian grocery stores.

Many mushrooms contain the entire vitamin B complex, including the same form of vitamin B12 found in meat and milk.

The tongue is an “upper story” Growth Zone 1 (morning) organ, but it also reflexes to the genitals, and responds to “lower story” Growth Zone 3 (evening) foods, e.g., mushroom, pineapple, aloe vera.

The trinity of Growth Zone levels of the human body (skull down to ribs, ribs down to hip bones, hip bones down to toenails) is reiterated in the brain …

Growth Zone 1 = forebrain (prosencephalon)

Growth Zone 2 = midbrain (mesencephalon)

Growth Zone 3 = hindbrain (rhombencephalon)

Licking is a crucial and undervalued asset to human health.

Alessandra Piontelli (Development of Normal Fetal Movements, 2010) wrote …

“Fetuses have ‘big tongues’: by 25 weeks the size of the fetal tongue is half the size of that of an adolescent, and a big tongue will help to latch the nipple firmly against the palate. In the neonate, during feeding, the tongue is primarily used to push the nipple upwards and forwards, latching and squeezing it.

“Slight protrusion of the tongue, anticipatory of the necessary forwards movement, can be noted from 16 weeks. Tongue protrusion becomes more marked at 20 weeks. Fetuses can be seen licking components of their bodies, especially their hands. Between 23 and 25 weeks, full protrusion as well as lateral movements of the tongue are exhibited, and fetuses start licking components of the intrauterine environment such as the placenta and the cord.”

Flotation tanks are mostly just a fancy way to chill out, but some people hallucinate in them.

I wouldn’t call those “mystical experiences,” like some floatation advocates do.

The best time for flotation is by Organ Time.

For example, if someone chooses to concentrate on their kidneys, they could float at Kidney Time or one of its “shunt” times (Gall Bladder Time, Large Intestine Time, or Heart Time).

Rebounding and flotation have one thing in common.

They both facilitate what Swami Nitty-Gritty called “cellular buoyancy.”

      They both relate to microgravity.
