Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …

“Mankind is presently moving from the heart chakra to the throat chakra. The householder has to be spiritualized for the first time.”

“The spinal cord is a heart. The heart is a brain.”

“Do the impossible — connect the brain to the heart.”

“Self-respect comes from the heart — ‘Listen Listen Listen to My Heart’s Song’ is the sound of the venous and arterial blood crossing so uniquely throughout the body. If you synchronize your ears to that sound, you will learn how volition is released from the heart.”

“The bell resonates with the heart. The bell sound is from ventricle collapse, the resonance of the blood passing through the ventricle.”

“Molasses and cooked tomato is an anti-fatigue combination for the blood. Take it in the middle of the day because it works best with the heart, and your heart is in the middle of the day.”

“Sulfur is the mineral in taurine that prevents heart disease. You’ll find it at Heart Time.”

“Asparagus in high in arsenic. Raw asparagus can give you a violent heart reaction. It must be cooked.”

“Arsenic stores in the heart and adrenals. Three grains of arsenic will kill you; two or four grains will not.”

“Baking soda backs up the heart.”

According to Taber’s Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary, Edition 17, 1940, 1993 …

“Avoid carbonates as neutralizers because, in the presence of strong acids, they will react to produce carbon dioxide gas. This may cause distention and rupture of the stomach.”

Dennis Reid McMillan (“A.I.D.S.,” Spin, Feb. 1989) wrote …

“Unlike physicians using more orthodox treatment, the doctor in Revici’s system is the patient’s partner, not his all-knowing, godlike superior whose word is Truth, and judgment final. Regular monitoring and frequent analysis is required, and the patient takes far more responsibility in the monitoring process than in mainstream medicine. He or she must measure the chart pH changes several times a day, as well as test for specific gravity, surface tension, and chloride levels.”

Coffee is a brain stimulant. It boosts both mental and motor efficiency.

Coffee was so important to the intellectual life of the Middle East in the 16th Century that coffee bars were called “the school of the wise.”

Coffee allows the brain to process “positive” thoughts quicker than “negative” thoughts, so it mitigates depression.

Coffee is sometimes called “Prozac in a cup” because of its effect on depression.

Soaking almonds for a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 3 days decomposes traces of amygdalin into the much more chemically active hydrocyanic acid, also known as hydrogen cyanide or prussic acid.

Oversoaking almonds beyond 3 days ferments them (not a good thing) and oxidizes such compounds as benzaldehyde into benzoic acid.

Atom, you mentioned sun bathing near nude for sexual heath. And detoxifying cholesterol the same way at 11:30-12:00 solar. Are these related? Early Heart time is good also for grapefruit eating. What about the ruby red varieties of grapefruit–these OK to eat if they look good in your opinion?

May you do a future post about the slow and fast ovum and spermal music. I found some tracks online and they are great to listen to.

    Re: Are these related?

Yes. Swami Nitty-Gritty went so far as to say, “A man can’t get an erection without going through his heart.” :)

Re: What about the ruby red varieties of grapefruit?

The Rio Star ruby red was created by gamma gardening (atomic radiation). I’d be suspicious of that variety. :(
