Growth Zones 1 + 2

11:30 a.m.-12:00 noon is a Transition Time.

It’s like Growth Zone One meets Growth Zone Two and they have a party.

<>

A Transition Time is also called a Bridge Time.

Or a Phase-In Time.

Morning foods and midday foods can be combined.

<>

There are three Transition Times …

1) the first dividing Morning from Midday

2) the second dividing Midday from Evening

3) the third dividing Evening from Morning.

<>

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“Did you bridge time or did you bridge velocity to the mass? Did you squeeze velocity to your advantage or did you squeeze time to your advantage?”

<>

E.T. Yamamoto (When to Eat What, 1998) wrote …

“When eating at transition, choose foods from both light cycles. There is a time for everything, including transition time.”

<>

Are apricots with added sulfites good for you?

Yes, No, Maybe.

They are when indulged in between 11:30 a.m.-12:00 noon.

<>

According to Adano …

“Sulfur is the mineral in taurine that prevents heart disease. You’ll find it at Heart Time.”

<>

Adano recommended apricots with added sulfites as a heart therapy during the second fourth of Heart Time.

That’s 11:30 a.m.-12:00 noon.

Heart Time is 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

<>

NASA supplies astronauts with apricots because they are especially beneficial for the heart.

<>

Eric R. Braverman & Carl C. Pfeiffer (The Healing Nutrients Within: Facts, Findings and New Research on Amino Acids, 1987) wrote …

“Taurine is the most important and abundant free amino acid in the heart, surpassing the combined quantity of all the others. It modulates the activity of cyclic AMP, which activates important enzymes in heart muscle and contributes to the muscle’s contractility.”

Re: What if someone’s favorite color is red since early childhood? Is there any trauma connection?
The original RED “change of lifestyle” trauma is the sperm leaving the testes.
Imagine millions of sperm living together cooperatively, and you are one of them.
Suddenly, all these sperm are shot out of the testes, and a voice over a loudspeaker announces …
“Good luck to all you contestants in the Testes to Ovum Marathon. The first one to reach the ovum survives. All the rest of you will die. May the best sperm win.”
You swim like a bass out of hell and manage to reach the ovum first, then have to shut the door in the faces of all your former companions.
The second RED “change of lifestyle” trauma is childbirth.
RED traumas usually get a lot easier after those two are “cleared” and integrated.

The sheep-bots think Corona Communism is going away by the end of this year or by 2021.

Meanwhile, Warren Buffett bought Amazon and Apple after he’s been saying how much he hates tech stocks.

And he dumped his airline stocks.

The Oracle of Omaha ISN’T a market timer. He buys for the LONG HAUL.

Re: No more gin and tonic?
Gin IS a medicine — without the tonic.
Gin isn’t a cause of numerous adverse reactions like fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, neutropenia, disseminated intravascular coagulation, acute renal failure, acute liver injury, etc.
According to Healthline Media, “The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows tonic water to contain no more than 83 parts per million of quinine, because there can be side effects from quinine. Today, people sometimes drink tonic water to treat nighttime leg cramps associated with circulatory or nervous system problems.”
Marijuana works better, and sugar works better than both of them.
    Salt can also help.

The Totalitarian Tip-Toe has accelerated into the Totalitarian Foot Stomp.

Memorial Day now celebrates our brave soldiers and the Corona cowards they defended.

Kefir can help with cachexia (kuh·kek·see·uh). It’s the CO2.

According to the National Cancer Institute …

“By some estimates, nearly one-third of cancer deaths can be attributed to a wasting syndrome called cachexia that can be devastating for patients and their families.”
