According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty, a.k.a. the Kit Carson of the Aquarian Age) …

“Express 35 is the journey from tailbone to head-bone. The spine is the altar of God, and the endocrine glands are the altar candles.”

“A meditator should be able to listen intensely enough to hear the spinal fluid’s movement. The calcium in the spinal fluid produces music like a keyboard as it travels up and down the vertebrae. Directing breathing into the spine causes a thermocouple reaction in body air conditioning.”

“The inhalation-contraction breath works at the atomic level, breaking an atom of oxygen in your spine.”

“The real temple is the body, and the real worship is internal silence.”

“Be like a needle pointing north all the time. Let the identity of yourself stay in the center of your forehead.”

“When you look inside, you can travel at the speed of light squared. Outside, the fastest you can travel is the speed of light. Delta level is the speed of light.”

“Delta suspends time. My watch doesn’t work on the left side.”

“It was hot in India, so people developed meditation in the sitting position. In China, it was cold, so they moved around to keep warm and developed the martial arts. In America, we have the thermostat, so we have a choice.”

“Meditate for a minimum of two hours and forty minutes. Sleep is the Devil — the gall bladder and liver. Meditation is God — the lung and large intestine.”

“You can’t meditate for me and I can’t meditate for you. It’s an individualistic experience. The experience that you must have is personal to you, and the experience is personal to me, so that keeps it on an even balance.”

“You breathe in oxygen to be an individual. The body is not degraded spirit — it is spirit itself. It should be treated well. A purified body will not rot or decay, and there are examples of this, proof of its essential spiritual nature.”

“In deep relaxation we may relive certain memories of our earlier years. Memory is imprinted on a cellular level. All parts of the body have consciousness, but we think it’s all concentrated in the brain. This is not so.”

“In deep relaxation we relieve the pressure of carbon dioxide, and oxygen flow increases. The cells reach a more normalized rather than starved state. We may become aware of normally-hidden rhythms of the body, for example, the flow of the Qi, descending on the left and ascending on the right, or the magnetic flow, which is the flow of relaxation going in the opposite direction. The first connects with the life and contraction, and the second with death, dilation.”

“Death provides an instant replay of all this cellular memory. Likewise, deep relaxation gives us as well this replay, but on a more limited scale. Deep memories arise easily, not held so firm anymore by the contraction state. A third energy exists in the abdominal area that moves in the form of a figure eight.”

“Covolution is involution plus evolution. We are a 144-element organism. We are an evoluted part of the creation that is locked up in its own involution.”

“Creation is an argument between evolution and involution. Evolution is the discovery of involution.”

“Sinchit Karma is karma from past lives not to be encountered in this life. If you owe a man $100, and you get a bill for $30, you still owe him $70. Meditation is the only way you can work on Sinchit Karma.”

“Attachment to actions builds up lactic acid. Yogananda said, ‘Looking forward to a better model next year.’ He didn’t say, ‘Looking forward to owning a better model.'”

“The sperm is light and the ovum is sonics.”

“Light is the cause of optical illusion. Light is the lie.”

“You can get xenon from coffee, cocoa, and maple syrup. Xenon works with chelates. Xenon is extracted from interstellar dust during meditation.”

Great series – enjoying this. I’ve known for quite a while that meditation is the key for me. That room I know is there but have not yet fully entered. I tried for 2 weeks straight at 4:30am and enjoyed the quiet time but lost momentum. I will rebuild the momentum. I will find out why I have not entered the room.
