Meditation, Confession, Recycling

Re: Regarding meditation. What are the effects? My question is What are the most practical values of a successful practice of meditation in your experience? Is it clearing trauma? Clearing frustration? When you see images during conscious sleep, does that indicate healing of trauma? I have experienced this. So what are your ideas of the actual value of the “light within the darkness”? Is it just emotional? Or does meditation deal with the physical body also? Like less breakdown of the physical cells.

Meditation is many things to many people.

Frankly, although I’ve taught courses in meditation, e.g., Meditation: A Shopper’s Guide (at St. Thomas University in Houston), I don’t like to meditate.

It’s boring.

I prefer sex, drugs, and rock & roll (although I gave up LSD decades ago).

<>

Regarding meditation being many things to many people, let’s take the polar difference between Yoga Meditation and Zen Meditation.

When an ordinary person (whatever that is) walks into a room and hears a clock ticking, it soon fades into the background unless someone asks, “What time is it?”

Yoga Meditation is about transcendence, so the Yogi blocks the clock out completely from start to finish.

Zen Meditation is about imminence, so the Zen practitioner hears the clock from start to finish.

Multiply these two basic differences by the hundreds, and you have many variations on a theme.

<>

My foremost interest in Meditation (although I’m tempted by the psychic powers it undeniably bestows) is to create a Diamond Body and live forever.

Yeah, fat chance of a rube like me winning what Swami Nitty-Gritty called the “Spiritual Oscar,” but I bought my ticket to becoming a “Pillar in the House of the Lord” shortly after being Initiated.

Why stop at Chicago when you can go all the way to New York?

“If you go an inch, it’s better than a trip around the world,” so Chicago, and even Omaha, are tempting.

<>

Yes, the kind of Meditation I’m stoked on not only prevents the breakdown of the cells (courtesy of synchronized delta brain waves), but regenerates the cells as well (thanks to synchronized omega brain waves).

Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) taught …

“Structure is first. Meditation, confession, and Recycling are modalities.”

<>

According to Adano, the “light within the darkness” is there to mislead us.

When we die, we go towards the Light (Jot), only to find out it’s a bug zapper, and the Sound (Naranjan) knocks us back into our physical body for yet another spin on The Wheel of 84 (the 8,400,000 general species of material bodies).

Hence the power of the mantra, Jot Naranjan, one of the Five Holy Names of Surat Shabd Yoga (the Path of Light and Sound).

Visible light (390 to 750 nanometers at best) disappears after leaving the “Fourth Realm.”

The Void (Sunn) and Great Void (Maha Sunn) are darker than the Black Holes of Space.

At least that’s what I’m told.

    According to Swami Nitty-Gritty …

“Meditation is Mental Energy Directing Individual Thought Activity Towards Internal and Intuitive Observation and Oneness with Noumena or Nature.”

Swami Nitty-Gritty wanted to know why God allowed poverty, hunger, sickness, and suffering to exist.

He meditated for three full days in the California desert to receive an answer.

Finally, a voice boomed in his head, “If you think you’re smarter than me, you take over!”

According to Wudang Chen (Yun Xiang Tseng) …

“The Eight Extraordinary Channels are for immortality … when there’s no blockage. The Twelve Channels are for health.”

Instructions for that type/way of meditating?
I don`t think the commercial way of doing meditation (relax, kick back, close ur eyes and relax even more) it`s gonna cut it.

    Thanks

The youngest-looking old Swami I ever met had this to say about meditation …

“I meditated for eight hours a day in a cross-legged position.

“The first hour my feet went numb.

“The second hour my legs went numb below the knees.

“The third hour my entire legs went numb.

“The fourth hour my hips went numb.

“The fifth hour my abdomen went numb.

“The sixth hour my chest went numb.

“The seventh hour everything below my neck went numb.

“The eighth hour everything below my nose went numb.

“I meditated every day in the forest like this for 25 years.”

      <>

Maybe Carolyn Ginn remembers the name of this Swami.

After meditating in the forest for 25 years, he was hitching rides around the U.S. to raise money for his orphanage.

He lifted his robes to show us his legs.

They were not the legs of a “senior citizen.” His legs looked like they belonged to a teen-aged girl.

      <>

The ninth hour results in Cosmic Vacation, according to Swami Nitty-Gritty.

Animals with sterile intestines live longer.

Are you sure you want to feed those little critters?

            Cool!

So i take it that food items such as saurkraut, kimchi etc – are a no-no? I am not into them – naturally I feel like staying away from those type of foods. I was just wondering what was the “fuel” or “food” of the “good guys” in our gut.

            Thanks

PS Hope u and Miss Vibrant Gal are doing well! Stay safe! Blessings

At-OM: Yes, No, Maybe. Depends on the food, the degree of fermentation, the timing, etc.

Did Adano, did he not say you need carbagen? .I know you need to re breath carbon dioxide (and any thing else that you breath out). I have done this. the best time is 2:30 am. You should be mostly conscious. Re-breathe your breath under a sheet while resting in your sleep position. Do it willingly. This is not medical advise.

Carbogen is required for the breathless state. One reason might be to protect against the breath-free state.

Carbogen was used extensively to access childhood traumas, the “Recycling” concept of this blog entry title.

This also relates to the original intent of Confession.

      According to Adano …

“The first seven-and-a-half minutes of delta is schizophrenic. There’s no control of geometry. In the second seven-and-a-half minutes, there’s no geometry, no numerals, no alphabet, no light, no sound. It’s the Dark Night of the Soul. You must use carbogen to take you to delta.”

The first phase of Adano’s meditation technique (launching the spacecraft) involves a four-part breathing technique — inhale, pause, exhale, pause, and so on, for a certain amount of “registrations.”

The second phase (disconnecting from the first stage of the spacecraft) involves mantra.

The third phase (docking and berthing the spacecraft) involves listening to the Audible Life Stream.

Continuing the spacecraft analogy — launching timing is critical (2:30 a.m.).
