Remembering Your Will Power
G.J. Whitrow (What is Time?, 1972) wrote …
“Dr. C.P. Richter of Baltimore has cited the case of a bedridden patient, unable to speak clearly, who every day for nine years underwent a sudden change of personality between 9:00 p.m. and midnight, during which time she could walk about, look after herself and talk clearly.”
Thyroid (Triple Heater) Time begins at 9:00 p.m.
Indigo Time is from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.
The Triple Heater (hypothalamus, thyroid, adrenals) Meridian is the portal of Will Power.
Will Power is determined by Breath Power, involving four times of the 24-hour day.
Lung Time begins at 3:00 a.m.
White Time is from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Spleen-Pancreas Time begins at 9:00 a.m.
Orange Time is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Urinary Bladder Time begins at 3:00 p.m.
Green Time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Triple Heater time is 270 degrees removed from Lung Time, 180 degrees from Spleen-Pancreas Time, and 90 degrees from Urinary Bladder Time.
Will Power involves mastery of these four meridians, times, and colors.
When Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) is high at 9:00 p.m., melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxy tryptamine) is high at 3:00 a.m.
When TSH is low at 9:00 p.m., melatonin is low at 3:00 a.m.
Anyone supplementing with iodine should use discretion (something in short supply in a brainwashed world where marketing clutter overrides content clutter).
D.A. Fisher (“Physiological variations in thyroid hormones: physiological and pathophysiological considerations,” Clinical Chemistry, Jan. 1996) wrote …
“Excessive iodine intake can block thyroid hormone biosynthesis by inhibiting the enzymes involved in the biosynthetic process, resulting in reduced T4 secretion, increased TSH concentrations, goiter, and hypothyroidism if the iodine excess is chronic.”
There are two circadian peaks of alertness — 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Will Power must be REMEMBERED to be developed.
Do you remember yourself? Do you remember your Self?
According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …
“Supreme life has no form. When you look into the light, you see yourself, Divine Oneness, the Diamond Body, luminous noumena within. There is the light of every color of the universe. Very entertaining. You review what you have done in all your lifetimes and remember everything. It is quite a trip.”
Maurice Nicoll (Psychological Commentaries on the Teaching of Gurdjieff and Ouspensky, Vol. 1, 1952, 1980) wrote …
“All through this Work, on every side of it, the effort of remembering must be made. Memory lies in all three centres. Let us suppose a man reaches a state in the Work in which he feels the necessity of making an aim, based on what he has observed in himself. He makes an aim and then decides to keep to it. But in order to keep it, he must remember. He must not merely remember what his aim is, but he must remember why he made it, and what led him to decide to keep it. If he merely remembers his aim as words, as a sentence — namely, that his aim is not to do this or that, not to react in this or that way — for our aims should at first be not to do — it is not enough. He is only remembering in a very small part of the Intellectual Centre. To remember in a real way he must go back and re-create the situation where he made his aim, and think of its meaning and re-feel the circumstances when he decided to keep it, etc. Full memory is a question of all three centres working together and an aim includes all three. For if a man is going to work against something in himself, the thing, whatever it is, will be represented in the Intellectual Centre, and in the Emotional Centre and in the Moving Centre, and keeping the aim will involve all three; and remembering it will also involve all three centres.”
According to the same source …
“Unlike depression, negative emotion is caused always by another person. The other person need not be present. One has something called imagination which acts instead. Imagination makes us negative — memory makes us negative — but it is always imagination or memory of a person.”
“What’s the matter with me?” is not the question.
“Who’s the matter with me?” is both the question and the answer.
Body Dowsing pinpoints WHO, the father of WHEN, and the grandfather of WHAT.
In theosophical (small T) usage …
The Intellectual Center is called the Lower Mental Body.
The Emotional Center is the Astral Body.
The Moving Center is the Physical Body
In the Gurdjieff Work …
The Intellectual Center is the Way of the Yogi.
The Emotional Center is the Way of the Monk.
The Moving Center is the Way of the Fakir.
In Swami Nitty-Gritty lingo …
The Intellectual Center is Consciousness acting on Matter.
The Emotional Center is Energy acting on Matter.
The Moving Center is Matter acting on Matter.

I mailed Greg Whiteley, my friend and fellow classmate at Texas Institute of Reflex Science, my notes on the drift pattern described above, which sometime later led to the following incident.
Greg wrote …
“Sitting in the front room of Adano’s Houston apartment with the always-present group of random characters, I asked Adano for further explanation about something he called the ‘drift pattern.’ in his theory of time.
“He fixed me with a peering gaze. Seconds later, all the conversation in the room and the street noise faded as the peripheral edges of my vision blurred.
“All the others in the room were absorbed in their own chattering conversation, and none noticed what I was noticing. Then they all faded out.
“Just me and Adano in each end of a distortion tunnel of some kind.
“He sat in his chair and waved at me, but as he did his body moved in intervals, freeze frames, like he was under a strobe, very distinct jumps, disappearing in one frame and reappearing in the next, in sequence, but not visible between frames.
“It was in slow motion and seemed to last about fifteen seconds. I had time to observe it and observe myself observing it, and to ‘pinch myself’ to make sure I was awake.
“Then, at the end of his movement, he smiled at me, winked, and said, ‘THAT is a drift pattern.’
“Instantly, all the noise in the room returned, and Adano continued on in a conversation he was having with someone else.
“I later inquired of a few people in the room, and none of them had noticed anything unusual.”

Two close friends had a bitter divorce.
They died within weeks of each other.
He died of lung cancer of the right lung — the female side of the body.
She died of cancer of the left lung — the male side of the body.
Body Dowsing followed by a Memory Bank Clean-Up uses psycho-surgery to remove the WHO from the WHAT.
Psycho-surgery separates the PSYCHOPLASM from the PROTOPLASM.

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …
“Spectralization of the aura does not occur in a realized man.”
He used to tell the story of a lady who saw Charan Singh getting off an airplane.
She looked at his aura and exclaimed, “Oh, my God! He’s dying of cancer!”
Six months later, she was dead of cancer.
Adano explained …
“You have to look through your own aura to see someone else’s.”
A realized man has no discernible aura, so the woman simply looked into a MIRROR and saw her own illness.

Hi Again Atom – I see you didn’t post my comments? Here’s a revised version – you NEED to read it and take it to heart – and what are you trying to hide by not posting it????? This is from my face book page ——-Just a little in house joke/liverpool humour for those of us into sun synch sylliness. This is a comment I posted on Atom’s blog – interestingly enough I don’t see it posted for the public to enjoy so I’m posting it here.——————————————————- Atom – you are constantly giving negative mind conditioning comments a la your above warning-mind implant about the danger of iodine misuse with NO information as to the appropriate use. You do it ALL THE TIME – what is with you?????? You display an astonishing lack of warmth/empathy. Are you really so desperate for attention like your sidekick Spastic TinPony? You make outrageous statements/mental implants about incredible possibilities then give NO information as to how anyone can achieve these possibilities. You’ve got a lost look in your eyes boyo – could it be that all that “knowledge” is a two edged sword? I’ll give you a free session if you email me. Just an open observation – we aren’t here to become cold as diamond my man – it’s a METAPHOR for the flowering of the diamond in the heart lotus with the emphasis on HEART. You know far too much – I can’t remember ever hearing you say ” I don’t know ” you paper it over with a trite BS ” yes no maybe ” Misuse of information/power corrupts – take a good look laddie before you paint yourself into a corner of a cerebral cesspool you can’t get out of. Peace be within you – live love laugh PS it’s called HUMOUR Atom – lighten up

All recent comments were apparently deleted due to whomever was hacking/spamming One Radio Network.
Thanks for re-posting it.
I haven’t received any comments at all for a few days — so anyone else who hasn’t seen their comments appear, please re-post.
Also, as Plan B to back up the A Team, send a copy of your comment to firstname.lastname@example.org if I don’t answer (because if I don’t answer, I didn’t get your message), and I’ll cut and paste your question onto One Radio Network and reply that way.
There’s more than one way to build a bridge to the Diamond Body. :)

Does this mean all of the extremely informative comments you have posted – especially those in response to questions posted by visitors to the site – have been deleted? If so, is there any way to restore them?

Props to Reuben for retrieving them all !!!!! (*thumbs up*)

Hi Atom – I’m very glad you posted my letter to you but you haven’t addressed the issues I raised my friend? I was suncerely ( pun intended ) opening a dialogue with you. You are a very fascinating chappie at one level but seem to be completely blind at another. And I would love to hear your guidelines for the use of iodine. What good is all that information if it can’t be used by the people who’s attention you take? You’ve simply wasted their time and most of them are in dire need of someone as information wise as you – I listened to hour after hour after hour of your interviews hoping to get some completion of the subjects you keep bringing up and eventually I just quit listening. And my comments although made with humour were accurately observed and almost truisms – power corrupts and ultimate power corrupts ultimately. Mental acuity is a strong power source. You’re dealing with HUMAN BEINGS not computers and you implant all kinds of stuff in their minds without giving them the solutions. Hey it’s actually very late for me and I need to go to sleep – I want to be sharp and clear in our interactions – I’m on your side but you’re missing something very basic about this whole magical mystery tour my friend. Anyway should the spirit move you email me and I would enjoy to hear your views. Also I don’t want to get into such personal stuff in public without your clear invitation – it’s not my place to presume and interfere in your process. I hope I hear from you – Take care my friend – Robert

I enjoy the public discourse because more people can benefit from the information from both of us.
Vibrant and I live on the Pacific Coast, so no extra iodine is necessary because of the coastal iodine aerosols showering the agricultural soil for miles inland (plus some of the organic farmers from whom we buy our fruits and vegetables use kelp and other seaweeds as fertilizer).
We avoid iodized salt, but our sea salt probably contains trace amounts of iodine too.
For folks living inland, one kelp tablet or capsule a day provides adequate iodine.
Many people get excess iodine by exposing themselves to large quantities of food additives such as E127 (erythrosine).
Plus, iodine contaminates milk in dairies that use iodine to clean their milking machines.
Also, only the tiniest amount of iodine is needed when polyunsaturated fats and highly-unsaturated fats are avoided, something I’ve been advocating for quite some time.
That’s my take on iodine. What’s yours?
