Adano Ley – before he became Swami Nitty-Gritty – asked for all his karmain one fell swoopso he could be done and over with it.

Soon after – June 22, 1955 – a friend asked him to fix his antenna on the roof of his 3-story home in Montreal.

(Adano had previously worked for RCA, assigned to helpinstall the first microwave tower in Canada.)

Adanofell off the roof.

(Adano insisted, “Yogananda pushed me off the roof.”)

Hewas rushed to the hospital with multiple compound fractures.

(Adano told us, “I fell off a roof and died 3 times on the operating table. I saw Yogananda and all the Saints. That’s when I found out I was immortal.”)

Adanospent the first year and 9 months of his “extension tour” (his words) in the hospital, a year and a half as a “hospinaut” (his term) “hung up like a turkey on a spit.”

He was suspended in a full-body cast.

(Adano commented, “You learn humility pretty darn fast when you have to call a nurse with a bedpan every time you have to go to the bathroom.”)

His confinement and lack of movement resulted in severe gas pains, so he decided to find and eliminate the offending foods.

Adano ordered a single hard-boiled egg for breakfast.

It gave him gas.

He ordered a single egg for lunch.

It gave him gas.

He ordered a single egg for dinner.

NO gas.

He repeated his experiment the next day with the same result – gas, gas, NO gas.

The egg gave him gas in the morning and midday, but there was NO gas at night.

By lunch of the third day, the nurse reported him to a doctor – who also happened to be the hospital administrator – who asked Adano why he was ordering nothing but eggs.

Adano explained his experiment, and the doctor not only gave him permission, but was interested in the results.

(This same doctor gave Adano his first colonic after he got out of the hospital.)

So, Solar Nutrition was “hatched” from an eggat the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal.

(While hospitalized at the Royal Vic, Adano was given doses of LSD as part of McGill University’s drug testing program directed by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency in Canada. CIA Director Richard Helms ordered all Project MK-ULTRA files destroyed in 1973.)

Maybe someone else would get different results with the same foods .

1% of the time there IS a difference.

Otherwise – like it or not – our health is synchronized to the rotation of the planet we live on.

Jet lag and shift work were the greatest teachers of this in the 20th century, starting with Lowell Thomas (1892-1981).

I’m not out to “convert” you.

Time-Conscious Living is not for everyone.

          Good observation. :)

That’s known as the Law of Signatures or Geometric Body Resonance.

An egg also looks like a sunset.

Of all 3 Growth Zones of lecithin, only lecithin from egg yolk is effective against AIDS.

We’re made of a sperm and an ovum.

That’s why one of the very best combinations for sexual health is a SARDINE OMELETTE with garlic and onions as potentizers.

The sperm penetrated the ovum at the medulla oblongata (the Mouth of God).

The sperm grew up to be the spine and the ovum grew up to be the brain.

The brain is feminine and MA-terial, not masculine and ephemeral.

Sulfur in the egg yolk at night helps prevent a specific amount of glutamate from accumulating in the brain by morning.

Adding salt to your omelette moves all the glutamate out of the brain by morning, including the large load of glutamate in beets.

Sea salt at night is natural Viagra because of the sodium-dependent amino acids it activates.

However, an egg’s sunrise geometry DOES apply.

Swami Nitty-Gritty said, “An egg is a bridge that is neither fiber or tissue. A high-sulfur [fertilized] egg is better at night. An unfertilized egg is neutral but preferable at night.”

A little gas is OK, but an egg for breakfast is definitely not recommended for HOSPINAUTS.

Hospinaut: Swami Nitty-Gritty’s name for someone spending a long time in a hospital – in his case, a year and 9 months.

The TIMING of foods is the key to releasing cellular bloat.

      For more info, reread my May 26, 27, 28, & 29 Atom’s Blog entries – “Pumping Up the Weight,” numbers 1, 2, 3, & 4.

My information on cellular bloat is DECADES ahead of Establishment Science, so I’ll definitely be writing more about it.

DEFLATING folks during my BaroSomatics classes and workshops is my tangible proof. :)

    Sounds interesting .

Maybe you should post a video online to show that it works and explain how it is done and explain why .
