My friend Lisa asked me to ask Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty), “What can I do for dysentery?”

His answer was, “Drink Lipton tea.”

I relayed this to Lisa, who exclaimed, “That’s ridiculous! I’m calling my doctor.”

A receptionist answered the phone, and, checking the schedule, told Lisa, “There’s an appointment open on Thursday.”

Lisa protested, “Thursday! I’m running out the end here! Can’t the doctor see me sooner?”

“No, he’s all booked up. But, until you can see him, drink Lipton tea.”

Lisa did, and cancelled her appointment.

Regarding dysentery, Adano advised …

“Drink barley water or Lipton tea, strong with the bag broken. Also, work Large Intestine 10.”

Drink tea for diarrhea.

Massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction ON THE RIGHT SIDE ONLY.

Drink coffee for constipation.

Massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction on both sides of the body.

One person (or a couple) can apprentice with me in New Zealand for up to 5 weeks (Time Conscious Lifestyles plus Body & Organ Language).

The best way to learn Physiological Body Language is Mark One Eyeball. :)

    I’m located on 162 acres of farm/forest.

No smog. No chemtrails. No jets overhead. No smart meters.

I’ll return to Montecito, California, by the end of February.

        Live NOW.

Some people (some of our parents among all) have their gall bladder removed – how can they better approach the (good) fats which also happen to be good for brain health? (Is olive oil still good for one w/o gall bladder (along with being generally a Neutral food along the ‘time-frames’ of Solar nutrition)? Coconut oil has been said to be neutral and acceptable/digestable in case of removed gall bladder..!) Any other (general) tips or info for people without gall bladder?
Btw, we read somewhere that cinnamon is good for both constipation & diarrhea..!

Will apprenticeship be “available” in February wherever you will be then, At-OM? :)

    Thank you!!!

The apprenticeship is tentatively closed for February.

That could change. Stay tuned. :)

Re: oils and the gall bladder.

Here’s a general answer, not a specific one.

A person without a gall bladder can definitely continue eating lipids (fats and oils).

      More discretion must be used.

Deep-fried fats are not the highest choice.

      Ditto excess fats and oils.

      Ditto black pepper.

Coconut oil is not neutral. It’s a good “brain food.”

Some cultures combine coconut with breadfruit and plantain to transmute its saturated fat into an unsaturated oil.

Hi Atom, for a health business what about using the words Weight Loss. It has the word ‘loss’ in it. Would you think this is a negative word to use ?
What other word could be used ?

      How about weight optimization?

Five syllables is a bit long, but it’s a cool word. :)

    To John:

Nothing is Ever ‘lost’, only transformed, isn’t it?! :)

Via Bashar, we’ve come across the idea of ‘weighting’ & ‘waiting’ for sth in our lives…

So, a Wait Loss business might be, or speak of, some action & active working actually, transformation/s. /Mostly when the people in such ‘business’ of course know what And Why they’re doing..!/
    Hugs, :)
