The World Hospital

Ivan Illich (1926-2002) warned us about medical imperialism, but the Sheep-Bots went on about their business.

According to Ivan Illich (1973, 1974) …

“Medical classification justifies the imperialism of standard staples like baby food over mother’s milk and of old-age homes over a corner at home. By turning the newborn into a hospitalized patient until he or she is certified as healthy, and by defining grandmother’s complaint as a need for treatment rather than for patient respect, the medical enterprise creates not only biologically formulated legitimacy for man-the-consumer but also new pressures for an escalation of the megamachine. Genetic selection of those who fit into that machine is the logical next step of medicosocial control.”

Sheep-Bots fear death without medication.

Insured Sheep-Bots pay for their own slow and sterile death.

Hospitals create pain and suffering. They don’t reduce it.

Crisis intervention kills more people than crisis.

The medicalization of life on this planet began in earnest in 1945 …

The Joint Chiefs of Staff established a secret recruitment program, called Operation Overcast on July 20, 1945. (It was soon renamed Operation Paperclip.)

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) was established in Quebec City, as an agency of the United Nations on October 16, 1945 — eight days before the United Nations and the World Court are officially founded on October 25, 1945.

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) was founded on November 16, 1945.

The United States Senate officially approved U.S. entry into the U.N. by a vote of 65 to 7 on December 4, 1945.

The World Bank was created on December 27, 1945.

The U.N. was already being planned before the U.S. entered the Second World War …

The Declaration of St. James’s Palace was issued on June 12, 1941.

The Atlantic Charter was issued on August 14, 1941 (and signed as the Declaration by United Nations on January 1, 1942).

According to Ivan Illich (1973, 1974) …

“The invasion of the underdeveloped countries by new instruments of production organized for financial efficiency rather than local effectiveness and for professional rather than lay control inevitably disqualifies tradition and autonomous learning and creates the need for therapy from teachers, doctors, and social workers.”

Bill Gates is a symptom, not a cause.
