Carbonated Sodas & Intestines

Re: Are carbonated plain sodas bad?
Carbonated drinks deliver CO2 to the wrong place.
People with sugar issues have power/powerless issues (pyloric valve).
People with CO2 issues have heartache/heartbreak issues (cardiac valve).
Re: Where do they deliver the CO2 to? Where’s the right place for it to be delivered and what delivers it there?
1) Swallowed CO2 is delivered to the gut and heart, causing stasis and increased cardiac pressure.
2) Slow breathing delivers CO2 to the brain, causing vascular relaxation and vasodilatation. It does the same thing nitric oxide does but without the hazards.
CO2 is a refrigerant. You want a hot ass and a cool brain.
You don’t want a cold ass and a hot brain (hothead).
CO2 bloat causes the chest and abdominal organs to crowd each other.
Adding poor posture to abdominal gas pressure increases the chances of squeezing the heart into cardiac arrest.
A constipated Sheep-Bot with six-pack abs sucking down carbonated beverages all day while crouched over a computer is a perfect storm.
Re: Atom, what is the best way to improve CO2?
Mantra meditation is a good start. It increases CO2 and carbonic acid while reducing lactic acid.
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s Transcendental Meditation is one of many examples — 20 minutes of TM in the AM and the PM.
Re: Does breath-holding help?
Yes, and so does bag breathing.
