Re: What do you think about taking liquid drops of boron for health?
Boron is readily available in food.
According to Dr. Google …
“Boron is a micronutrient CRITICAL to the growth and health of ALL CROPS. It is a component of plant cell walls and reproductive structures.”
You CAN’T avoid boron. But you can have a QUALITATIVE deficiency … or an excess.
If you don’t know what that means, supplementing with boron can be counterproductive to your wellness and longevity.
It’s crucial that you grasp the difference between the qualitative status of an atomic element versus its quantitative status.
The same goes for molecules, compounds, vitamins, hormones, enzymes, herbs, drugs, etc.
Boron is readily available in the diet, so no supplements are needed.
Most people with boron “deficiencies” have a QUALITATIVE issue, not a QUANTITATIVE one.
Many “deficiencies” are actually overloads in disguise, and the reverse is also true.
Hit and miss is the cornerstone of the Medical Police State’s beaker boy mythology.
Three lab tests are necessary to know boron’s qualitative biological status …
1) boron inside the cell (red blood cell, etc.)
2) boron outside the cell (serum, interstitial fluid, etc.)
3) total boron (inside the cell plus outside the cell)
A lab doesn’t have to do a cell biopsy to find out what’s going on inside your individual cells.
Simply subtract the “outside the cell” reading from the total reading.
Without these three laboratory tests and their correct interpretation, you’re playing the dozens with your uncle’s cousins.
