According to David Wolfe, The Sunfood Diet Success System, c. 1999,
2002, "Wadging like the primates is an excellent way to heal the mouth of
pyorrhea, gum disease, and cavities. Wadging means to load your mouth with
greens and chew and compress the pulpy matter into the teeth and gums like a
ball player who chews tobacco. Continue to chew and compress the pulpy matter in
the mouth for 30 to 45 minutes without swallowing."

Atoms note: This works even better if you
wadge with greens containing OXALIC ACID. (Savoy spinach is best because other
spinach cultivars contain too much of it.)

Raw spinach is an excellent MIDDAY wadging
choice … if its ORGANIC.

Nonorganic spinach contains excess nitrates
(at much higher levels than nitrates added to processed meats).

Spinach fertilized with ammonium nitrate
overloads it with nitrate, which converts to nitrite and nitrosamine during
digestion.

Nitrite and nitrosamine is associated with
cancer, and elevated levels of nitrate ITSELF cause methemoglobinemia … a
serious disorder where hemoglobin binds to water molecules instead of
oxygen.
