Sun Sync Nutrition
Atom’s journey towards health, nutrition, longevity, and meditation goes back to 1955, when he first started reading books by D.C. Jarvis, J.I. Rodale, Carlton Fredericks, Adelle Davis, Aldous Huxley, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Prabhavananda, and numerous others. His exposure to the above mentioned authors instigated a deep desire and passion to understand and unlock the secrets to optimal human wellness and longevity.
Atom was inspired by the words of Thomas Jefferson: “School teaches all of the branches, but none of the roots.” He sought the answers to his questions, not in classrooms, but in books, relationships, and life experiences. His quest for true knowledge and wisdom began by studying in hundreds of libraries across the country and evolved by studying with teachers and masters including Swami Adano Ley, Sufi Adnan Sarhan, Rabbi Michael Shapiro, Taoist Master Yun Xiang Tseng, and Fitness Icon Gypsy Boots.
His most significant teacher was Swami Adano Ley with whom he spent 14 years. During this time, he studied a variety of sciences extensively, including the sun centric lifestyle, and ultimately graduated from Adano Ley’s Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences. The knowledge and wisdom he gained studying under a highly evolved swami combined with his emphasis on scientific research & personal experience would soon become the heartbeat of Sun Sync Nutrition.
For the past 40 years, Atom has dedicated his life to the continuous learning and teaching of Sun Sync Nutrition, Time Conscious Eating, Cosmo-Chemistry, Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, Body Language Analysis, Iris Analysis, Lucid Dreaming, Meditation and many other sciences.
-Having acids in the night makes one angry. As below, so above. Real problem is repressed anger. Rage to live is a function of the liver. Courage is controlled rage for a zest for living. Adrenal glands are mostly on our skin, in every cell that has phenylalanine or tyrosine in it.
-The more we expose our skin to sun, the better, short of getting sunburnt. Best sun is just after sunrise and before sunset.
-Stick your food in the sun for 20 minutes to get Vitamin D in it. Non-animal food for Vitamin D2, animal food for Vitamin D3.
-Milk and meat have a lot of natural nano products in them. Making things more absorbable may be making them more toxic. Brings them into deeper levels of the body.
-7 levels of absorption, corresponding to periodic table. http://www.livescience.com/25300-periodic-table.html Sulfur works on the lymphatic system, not in the cell. Selenium and calcium work on the cell level. Odd number elements acid, even numbers alkaline. Anabolic elements (acid-forming) elements in Group 1 are hydrogen, lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, francium. Group 2 elements beryllium, magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, radium are catabolic. Carcinoma – caused by something you’ve eaten, lymphomas – external assault.
-Most fruit is alkaline. Designed for cleaning, not for building, are a biological Clorox. A plant defends itself with its leaves, has a bit of toxin in it, which cooking denatures. Fruit has been cooked by the sun. Best apples are those that have started to ciderize.
-Is the earth flat? Photos of the moon show a reflection of the round earth.
-Did Stanley Kubrick film the moon landing? He created a rich cinematic legacy.
-Nancy asks about a pain running down her left leg, numbness in left hand. Male trauma? Massage into the armpit to relieve the numbness. In need of chiropractic adjustment, body dowsing? Yawn and stretch, do color recycling to clear a trauma.
-Name and visualize the color. Some cultures don’t identify certain colors. Something is associated with each color. E.g. red is trauma, yellow is sex, blue is disillusionment, indigo is authority.
-Denise asks about neurogenic bladder. The head is a urinary tract representation, work on head points. Massage all bladder points, including shins. Do Kegel and reverse Kegel exercises, toe raises, spinal twists. Rub the pinky toe, which is the bladder toe. Eat melons at bladder time around 4 pm. Tapping and red light on the bladder area.
-You get less gamma radiation at flying altitudes than on land. Gamma is more dangerous than alpha radiation. Alpha is bullet, beta is smoke, and gamma is the impact.
-Nearsighted is urinary bladder problem. Farsighted is a gall bladder problem. Eyesight is a systemic issue. Urinary meridian is on inside of eye, gall bladder meridian is on the outside of the eye. Foods that look like the body part they’re good for. Cherries, berries, and carrot are good for the eyes.
-37 y.o. male with noisy stomach. Fluid imbalance. May be overalkalinity. Investigate breathing rates. Don’t supplement with cod or fish oil, but whole sardines are good at night.
-Blue green algae is daytime food. Spirulina and chlorella are nighttime. Sunsyncnutrition.com has the list of which foods are morning, daytime, and evening foods.
-Scott asks about needing glasses for fine print. Urinary bladder problems cause cataracts. Gall bladder problems cause glaucoma. Can release eye pressure by working systemic parts of the body, including gall bladder and urinary meridians. Eating on time improves eye resolution. Pin hole glasses strengthen eyes. Touch for Health shows points to work. Look through a fist.
-Question from a listener: What happens at an “in-person” visit with Atom ? Should I bring snacks? How do we schedule one?
-When will the BIG quake hit California? Atom talks about the beautiful beach of Carpinteria and swimming in the ocean
-Ideas for building muscle mass. Calories are not so important in building muscle. Muscles can be inflated with gas pressure. Less workouts build muscle better than working out more. Eat protein rich foods on time. Just because you’re muscular, doesn’t mean you’re strong.
