The Niacin Detox Protocol: A Simple and Effective Way to Mobilize, Cleanse, and Eliminate Using Niacin, Exercise, and a Sauna

Dr George Yu, an associate of George Washington University, is a pioneer in the research of Fat Cell detoxification and has created a potent process to treat severe cases of toxicity in people around the world including 9/11 Fire Fighters, heroin addicts and those exposed to Agent Orange. This detox involves the use of Niacin, Activated Charcoal + an Infrared Sauna.

Show Highlights:

-Dr. Yu has always been interested in oncological surgery and bladder cancer; bladder cancer is particularly related to toxic overload

-Most toxic chemicals are organic based and love to store themselves in fat including the brain

-People who have toxins in their body have it concentrated in their fat instead of their blood which is why it’s imperative to remove the toxins from the fat; fat actually protects the organs from toxins, but the toxins, when built up, leach into the organs, creating disease

-So how do we remove toxins from the fat? Dr. Yu describes a protocol using niacin along with sweating for a more rapid detox

-The niacin is the real key to this protocol; Dr. Yu explains how it works

-Mobilize, cleanse, and eliminate-this is what needs to be done as only the liver needs detoxification

-Why yo-yo diets are so dangerous

-Why gradually increasing the dosage of the niacin is so important

-Dealing with the flushing of the niacin which can be quite scary the first time

and so much more!!

The oils Dr. Yu recommended were medium chain oils. He specifically mentioned coconut oil, palm oil, and macadamia nut oil as good, but his favorite was caprylic acid. He thought Parrillo had a good caprylic acid product.

At 45:35, Dr. Yu says Exxon makes the most powerful charcoal absorbent, a micronized charcoal product called Supersorb. However, the Supersorb I see for sale is marketed as a spill absorbant and doesn’t seem to be suitable for internal use. It turns liquid spills into gels.

      Arvin,

At 45:35, he mentioned that a micronized charcoal made by Exxon was the most powerful out there. He said it was called Supersorb. However, when I look up Supersorb, it is something marketed as a spill absorbent, a tan powder that when sprinkled on liquids turns them into a gel. It doesn’t seem suitable for internal use. Maybe he got the name mixed up.

    Hi,
After hearing Dt Yu say you do not want to expose yourself to ANY emf’s I got out my triefield meter and measured again my Relax sauna at the seat and above is a so-called acceptable lever of 1-2 milli gauss but what worries me is below the seat where the legs are and on top of the heaters it pegs/spikes the meter even at over 100. I believe my head is okay…… but I am starting to worry and wonder if it is okay to expose legs to that much emf’s ……………. your ” you all’s ” thoughts please..

How can one possibly not be exposed to any EMFs in today’s world? It’s nearly impossible. EMFs as far as I know do not dissipate. I heard someone mentioned we are living in a microwave oven. Sometimes I think people like to just stir the pot to keep people stressed. Go outside and put your bare feet in the grass, get some sunlight, exercise, plenty of rent and sleep, eat reasonably healthy, and forget the rest. Stress is the biggest killer IMO.

Excellent presentation. I know Dr. Yu. Annapolis Maryland opened up a new facility for detoxification for the military in 2015. This is a tremendous step in treating our veterans who have been exposed to many toxins in their professional career. We introduced the infrared sauna with exercise therapy and nutritional testing pre and post detox in 2012, along the original guidelines of the protocols used for the first responders to these chemical sites. The old infrared saunas had high EMF fields (80 -100 milligauss) New research and technology, were able to bring down the EMF energy below 3 milligauss measured at the surface of the carbon/ceramic plates that produce infrared energy in the saunas.

We went with Clearlight Infared Saunas. One very import feature that the doctor who designed this sauna kept in mind is its interior design. The heaters are carbon-ceramic, and they do not go up in height to the top of the inner walls, like many saunas on the market do. Even with minimal EMF it is not safe to have your head/brain/central nervous system next to the heaters. On the side of caution the Clearlight I believe they were the first designer to consider this health risk in its construction.. Even the RELAX portable sauna on this website has the patient sitting with the head outside the unit.

I have used this protocol since 2005 after every football season to clean my system of all the BS we have to take to maintain health during the season. I heard about it through a college friend who had become a chemist for Exxon and boy It WORKS Wonderfully!!! Man I been recommending this to EVERYONE who takes supplements or drugs. DR. Yu and his staff knows their stuff.

I sit cross legged with legs on seat as I find it more comfy plus less EMF.

I also hung a biking type water hydration bag from a hook in the ceiling so the mouthpiece is suspended where I want it in front of my face and so I usually go through a couple or 3 litres of water during the session I do. I throw a tsp of Himilayan salt in the bag and will be throwing in some Mg in the next few days.

I do the 30 minutes, then have a 7 minute cooldown and then do another 30 minutes. It’s in the basement so the air is cool which keeps the head cool.

My only suggestion is that in Ayurveda the patient is lying down during this, so it is much more relaxing and the heat also stays away from the head which is vital. I will be making a lying down version soon and either making it ozone friendly or somehow making it so after the sweating has started I can switch to ozone in such a way that it cannot affect the heater. The other option will be to make it independent and just plumbing it for ozone.

I stopped sitting cross legged as I found that my feet would go numb, probably from so many years of meditation.
I bought a better quality water bag that doesn’t have BPA. I consume 1.5 litres of salted water with minerals added.

I started off with 200 mg of niacin on May 1 and made my up to 5000 mg on May 15. Then I stopped the niacin.

I now do 20 minutes in the AM but will decrease to 15 minutes tomorrow. I always smear castor oil on my belly and a few place like arms and face. Belly decreases to become more solid. I’m still as ugly though. Maybe Patrick sells something for ugly. ; )

the fireman who has been doing the sauna for six years and not making progress? Many possible probs. The cholystyramine soaks up your cholesterol and that keeps you from producing hormones. Also you need to check your detox panel. Have you sweated out all your heavy metals and things you need to help you detox? Contact Dr Sherry Rogers from prestigepublishing.com. She will help

My husband suffer from such chronic fatigue he can barely function, he cannot exercise. If he takes niacin and gets in the sauna, and then the charcoal afterwards; will it have the same effect?
