-When it comes to diet, one size does not fit all
-Cooking with healing spices
Dr. Raskin utilizes both Shaka Vansya Pulse Diagnosis and Applied Kinesiology to determine your imbalances and will then create a plan designed to gently bring you back to health. Her goal is to empower people to become healthier than they have ever been…..on all levels.
She uses Vaidya Mishra’s wonderful herbs and preparations, his Transdermal Marma System, and a gentle system of Chiropractic called Network Spinal Analysis. She regularly uses all 3 levels of Vaidya Mishra’s Marma System, which greatly enhances the process of healing and well-being.
Dr. Raskin first started studying Ayurveda in 1985, even before she became a Chiropractic Physician. Her undergraduate work was in chemistry and biochemistry at the University of Texas at Austin where she was Phi Beta Kappa.
A meditation teacher since 1976, Dr. Raskin attended a 5 year long course in the Development of Consciousness in Europe in the 1980’s where she was asked to join a group of doctors who were creating treatment protocols for Ayurveda Clinics.
