“Chia seeds and hemp seeds clog up the liver; who would have known?”

Grind them if you’re worried; don’t throw out seeds as a food group.

“Dr. Raskin recommends using coconut oil ONLY if you’re living on the equator”.

There is no scientific evidence for this unreferenced statement by a single individual. It is like saying saturated fats will clog your arteries because they are solid at room temperature in the temperate zone. News for Dr Raskin: our bodies run at a constant 37ºC: way above the tropical mean minimum of 18ºC.

KONSTANTIN Monastyrsky is a valued guest whom you never invited back. He scientifically researches his work, unlike Dr Raskin who voices bland platitudes based on ancient Indian beliefs.

Oh my…I meant to say that coconut oil is a good oil to use if you are living in a very hot climate….where the coconuts come from. It is NOT the only oil to use down there……

My life is changed. I threw away all my chia and hemp seeds and wont be sprinkling any cumin or turmeric on my foods anymore. THis is the best show I have ever listened to in my entire life. Truly amazing. Thank you for Dr. Lisa she is awesome. No more pumpkins or coconut oil.

:) Fabulous show! Patrick, please, meet Dr Lisa again soon! :)
We Are keeping the coconut oil!!! Now, we know better when, how, how much to use it, and will NOT remove it from the bathroom or bedroom either!!! :D So, so Many people on the planet are ‘heated up’ and still might benefit from this information, if (as always) use it with reason & discernment.
Pumpkin seeds stay too! :) Of course, these were not meant to be eaten by the cups, every day or so (as some people do substituting for other foods in a recipe), but when in season(!), and in normal/reasonable, or just small amounts, and ‘on time’ during the day(!!!) :)
Dr Mishra’s site has some more great information too!
    Thank you, Patrick!!! :D
