    Great podcast – thank you. I really respect the research Dr. Peat has done & focus on treating people as individuals. I think we sometimes make decisions based on what we think things should be instead of looking at the evidence. I learned some really great stuff!

    no casein protein for me it causes cancer !
    don’t take man made vitamins or oils its all a scam ! just like big pharma ! save your money to by organic raw food ! eat raw food ! don’t eat eggs or dairy , red meat or any oils ..
    you want to be healthy read ; The China Study is a book by T. Colin Campbell .
    Dr Esselstyn says no oil. Oil molecules get into the blood vessels and scratch the endophilia, chlesterol patches the inflamation thus restricting blood flow .
