The Power of Cleansing and Detoxing Especially When Given a Cancer Diagnosis

I drank my first Liver Flush drink in 1978. One cup of olive oil chased by one cup of fresh lemon juice. I never got past two sips without getting violently ill! I was one toxic puppy. And I was only 18 years old, never did drugs, drank alcohol, but ate a horrible diet. I was known as the ‘Pizza Queen’.

One day, I stepped into a local health food store owner who explained the powerful benefits of cleansing, but try as I might, I simply couldn’t do it. I kept trying different methods of cleansing, but each one made me sicker, not better. I had to find a better way!
I was fortunate enough to be trained by world renowned healers like Dr. John Christopher(master herbalist), Dr. Bernard Jensen (world renowned nutritionist) and then Dr. Joel Robbins,MD, DC, ND who started teaching me that it was not just about drinking a Liver Flush drink, but also eating more veggies, living a life of peace, letting go of anger, and using natural detox therapies that cleansed my whole body not just my liver. Show Highlights:

-Do you need to detox on a daily basis? Our organs naturally detox all the time, but we are overloaded with toxins in our society. Toxin load plus stress is why people get sicker and sicker.

-Do a little something every day. Start with lemon juice in a glass of water. Sweat.

-Clean colon first, then liver. Belly fat is from colon being blocked.

-Juicing and coffee enemas are good, but can be a stress. Do a precleanse first for a few days. Eat light, start with 1-2 cups a day of juice, work up to 1 quart. Start with enemas 1 day/week, build up frequency, increase strength of coffee.

-Using coffee enemas to stimulate the liver. Get a different physiological effect than drinking coffee.
Coffee stimulates the liver, which can then clear out the cancer cells. Doesn’t impact cancer cells directly.

-Clearing out cancer by going to the root of emotional stress and then detoxing from that, as researched by Dr. Ryke Hamer and New German Medicine. The pH changes and healing is greatly amplified.

-Judy holds workshops twice a month. Videos on herbs and therapies.

-The body is made to release toxins when it’s given the tools. Don’t want to push the body to detox all the time. Judy doesn’t advocate daily coffee enemas.

-The colon stretches. Beer bellies usually result from being full of it. With improper digestion, food waste gets stored in pockets in the colon. Colonics release those toxins. Mood improves.

-Benefits of aloe. The bitter of aloe stimulates the liver. Aloe is soothing to the endothelium, reduces inflammation.

-To put on weight, ask why is that an issue? Good enzymes needed if over 45. Eat good carbs other than grains.

-Getting rid of heavy metals Good dental clinics in Mexico for amalgam removal. Clay for mercury detoxing – drinks and baths.

-Milk thistle tones the liver and stimulates glutathione, but it’s not strong enough to detox. Need to use bitter herbs such as dandelion root to stimulate the liver and release toxins. Coffee is bitter but it irritates the stomach lining; not advised.
