    Or maybe people just don’t want to work for destructive industries? Hard to find mindful job.. military industrial complex is 50% of manufacturing R&D another 50% biotech jobs, don’t feel like working for GMO’s, pharma, military, banking, there nothing else there..

    I hate to disagree with Andrew but I just QUIT a job earning 110,000 a year because the managers had ZERO appreciation for my skill’s and the ability to pull the process that I ran out of a off-spec position to on-spec position ( chemical production facility ) by the way I was a subject matter expert and a new hire trainer and Team Leader ! They , could care less that I quit after 23years it saved them hundreds of thousands in benefits . And they believe they can hire a kid at a fraction to replace me ! They can’t I was training these guy’s out of college and they have ZERO mechanical ability , good on computers ZERO on mechanical common sense. James
