Perhaps others are wondering same, so it’s a good question. We don’t know if the motive behind these potential actions against us are tied in with our topics covered, our political incorrectness, thus, as you say, free speech. I can say, it is not about taxes owed. Yes, we owe back taxes and have been paying monthly payments to IRS. We just were informed this week that IRS will forward our case to the Department of Justice for their consideration for Criminal actions.

We know that can’t be proven for one has to willfully and intentionally defraud the government to be criminal. I’ve never done that. Does IRS have a record of trying to go after people they don’t like for what they do or say? I’ll let you decide that one.

If you owe back taxes, better to pay it to IRS than donate for our legal defense. Thanks for asking.
