-Comment from listener on psyllium: I found your guest that talked about psyllium was really interesting. He recommended work up to 3 tablespoons each day. I started in earnest yesterday. I’m using a product from organic India that is organic and GMO free. So it appears that some products are GMO’s. What a surprise!

Then I ran into a website that recommended to mix like about a tsp. of Benenite liquid Ash with the psyllium. It seems to make some sense as the liquid bentonite would absorb the toxins and the psyllium would flush it out. I wonder if the psyllium could be mixed with activated charcoal for toxin removal?
