Comments / Inquiries:: Hi Patrick,
I just listened to your interview with Rami Nagel (Oct. 2008). Excellent material it seems. I am having dental challenges myself and was just curious about something; Before diving headlong into the Cure Tooth Decay protocol, did it help your teeth?
Appreciate any feedback you can give us.

Well, I think the Weston Price idea of healthy animal fats, vegetables and fermented foods works very well for most to regenerate and save teeth.
It appears the complex carbs, (sugar), are the main culprits.
Teeth do heal from the inside out for sure. I think getting a nice water pik kind of contraption and using that at night with apple cider vinegar
Heres one of my favorites.
It is really good as well to regularly squeeze the gums all over several times a day, especially where it is sore. Keeping circulation flowing is key to the whole deal, really key. This is a very powerful and simple effective procedure.
I have a back tooth at the moment that is not totally happy with itself. It has had several crowns and otehr work and teeth get traumatized sometimes. So, I am doing everything I can to save it and appears to be working.
The diet is the main thing and doing meat, butter, vegetables, eggs, vegetable jusices and herbs.
(this may not work for everyone, but it is a start)
Using the Hyrdroflos every night with apple cider vinegar.
Oil pulling every morning. I start with a teaspoon of coconut oil and add herbs, iodine maybe, switch around various herbs, tinctures, sometimes a few drops of DMSO and then swish around in my mouth for a half hour or so. I can read, exercise, yoga and even do spiritual exerices with a mouth full of oil and herbs.
I am also using the Biomodulatior and Rife Machine from time to time.
Saving a tooth is really important, but knowing when to pull it is equally important.
