It surely is easy to get hooked on sweet cold juice.  I’ve been doing lots of watermelon juice and with sugar, even fruit sugar, you just keep reaching for the glass.

The sweet sensation is nice and I have to be careful with it  This whole lifetime I’ve gone over the edge often on all kinds of things.  I remember during my beer drinking days in the 70s.  I would usually drink unitl, well..until.

Green juices are calming for me.  Grounding. So, I am going to keep the watermelon and orange juice for mornings and a green something in later in the day.  I suspect it will help sleep as well.  I’ve been thinking about all these people saying we must have at least five hours uninurrpted sleep for good health. Just not sure about that one, but I am going to find out.
