Dr. Caron Goode delighted us with her insights into raising free thinking, well balanced, empathetic and productive children. She shared with us her own story of welcoming a teenage stepson into her world and gave some excellent ideas to step parents on dealing with this not so easy dynamic. Dr. Goode explained the importance of recognizing and your childs gifts and understanding and embracing their private worlds of what we may feel is silly fantasy. Dr. Goode is the founder of the Academy for Coaching Parents International, the first global online school for training and certifying Parenting Coaches in supporting families through parent coaching or to receive a first-class, leading-edge parenting education.

She has positioned the Academy for Coaching Parents International at the forefront of the global parent coaching movement to support connection and empowerment.

Caron manages InspiredParenting.net, which provides strategies for parenting the whole child. Dr. Goode graduated with a Doctoral Degree from George Washington University and completed post-doctoral certifications in Wellness and Women’s Spirituality at the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology.

She is a psychotherapist who she holds the titles of National Certified Counselor and Diplomat of the American Psychotherapy Association. She is the author of fifteen books.
