Marilyn Diamond & Dr. Donald “Rock” Schnell

Young for Life

Marilyn Diamond, the super sexy 69-year-old is back and never looked better with YOUNG FOR LIFE, The Easy No-Diet, No-Sweat Plan to Look and Feel 10 Years Younger. You remember Marilyn, the #1 best selling, record-breaking coauthor of FIT FOR LIFE, which started a revolution of proper food combining and sold millions of copies. Well, she’s back with a second revolution in YOUNG FOR LIFE and is living proof that you can be pushing 70 but look and feel 40. Teaming up with antiaging nutrition and exercise expert (and very handsome 59-year-old husband) Dr. Donald “Rock” Schnell, Marilyn has created a new program that reverses genetic aging using “convenience exercise instead of convenience foods, ” essential supplements and whole foods, including completely whole dairy (none of that tasteless lowfat stuff), plenty of butter and red meat and of course, eggs, the “gold standard” of proteins. It’s quite a reversal from the message of Fit For Life, when Marilyn was a self-proclaimed “skinny-flabby vegan and spinning fanatic” in her 50′s, but when she and Dr. Rock started experiencing painful muscle wasting, it became clear it was time to revisit the old protein-deficient diet and excessive exercise program she became so famous for.

Show Highlights:

-Foods that age a body

-How meat and saturated fat keep you young

-Why we have nutrient deficiency disorders

-Every disease is related to stress

-Bagel breakfast or egg breakfast?

-Why nature most definitely did NOT make a mistake

-Dr. Rocks argument against a raw food diet

-Plant based diets and the thyroid

-Telomeres and resistance training

-Smiling and squeezing the ole booty to stay in shape

-Marilyn shares her experience with menopause

-5 supplements we would all benefit from

-Wheat germ oil: The sexy vitamin oil

and so much more!

Do they have a website? Very interesting to listen to, some good info. Would be good to have links on this page, and list some of the products they recommended.
I agree with what they said about not being vegan/vegetarian, although I do not each much meat as I find it hard to digest, other than chicken and fish. I do eat eggs most weeks and have butter and coconut oil, which are really good.

Please ask Diamond and the Rock to make a YouTube video of their isometric workout. That format will be so much easier to learn than from the book description!

I tried to leave a message on her site, but experienced technical difficulties.

Grace to you! Also, you ARE aging gracefully.
I have done your method since 1989 and now I am in my 60th, and look terrific, as they say.
I live now in the Caribbean, however was looking for your books, and had to find them on-line as here in St. Maarten there are none.

It still matters if the wheat germ starts out gmo, the genetic signature is always there no matter how much it’s processed! Also on the website they say Viobin wheat germ does not contain GMO because GMO wheat isn’t commercially available is the US…more like the only kind of wheat available!
