According to Ray Peat, “Polyunsaturated fats and their breakdown products — aldehydes, prostaglandins, isoprostanes, hydrocarbons, and free radicals — and carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrite, and hydrogen peroxide are increased in the breath by most stresses.”
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Tip #2 — Viruses are history at 50% relative humidity. Stay home if possible so you can either induct water vapor or lower the temperature. (Any temp below 56° Fahrenheit is counterproductive.)

The Lung, Spleen-Pancreas, Urinary Bladder, and Triple Heater acupuncture meridians align themselves in the first of the three Sun Crosses, according to the Midnight-Noon Law. Nurture all four Organ systems for maximum protection. According to James Robb, M.D., “This virus only has cell receptors for lung cells (it only infects your lungs). The only way for the virus to infect you is through your nose or mouth via your hands or an infected cough or sneeze onto or into your nose or mouth.”
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Tip #6 — Inhale nanoscopic amounts of lithium from an essential oil diffuser at Lung Time (3:00-5:00 a.m.). Use lavender-colored lepidolite, a lithium-bearing mica containing lithium, rubidium and cesium. Our lungs are associated with grief, so it’s notable that New Age hippies wear lepidolite to counteract anxiety, fear, and grief. (I’m a proto-hippie, also known as a beatnik.)

Sources are waterfalls, rapids, sea breezes, thunderstorms, fireplaces, walk-in showers, etc. Small ions don’t last long (under a minute), but their effects can linger for hours. (Negative ion generators can crater immunity unless you know exactly what you’re doing.)

Green activates the Brain-Governor Meridian and magenta activates the Contraception Meridian. (It’s more commonly known as the Conception Meridian, but I like calling a spade a spade.) According to Col. Dinshah Ghadiali, “GREEN and MAGENTA are NOT AFFINITIES; they are called DUAL ASPECTS of the same potency.”
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Tip #9 — Millions of lives might be saved if either mainstream or alternative medicine would stop ignoring the work of the “Nicola Tesla of Medicine.” The following quote should — but probably won’t — give the pro-vaccination majority pause to consider. Emanuel Revici, M.D. (Research in Physiopathology as Basis of Guided Chemotherapy With Special Application to Cancer, 1961) wrote, “The differences in activity of the same virus appear to be related to the age of the host. Generally, youth of the host increases the virus’ capacity for acting at more levels. The virus can produce lethal destructive disease in young animals but only a neoplastic response in adults, as seen for the fibroma virus in rabbits. Furthermore, the neoplastic response also occurs in young animals but only if a small amount of virus is inoculated, or if an attenuated virus, such as a long-stored one, is used.”

Put your feet up and recharge your batteries. During the Philadelphia yellow fever epidemic of 1793, the richest man in America and a French doctor filled their hospital with victims, and only one man died because he wouldn’t give up his booze. Meanwhile, Benjamin Rush snuffed many of his patients with purges, mercury, and bloodletting. According to one Philly resident, “You’ll hear folks say that Dr. Rush is a hero for saving folks with his purges and blood letting. But I’ve seen different. It’s these French doctors here that know how to cure the fever. I don’t care if Dr. Rush did sign the Declaration of Independence. I wouldn’t let him and his knives near me.”
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Tip #11 — Sniff apple cider vinegar throughout the day, especially when being exposed to dust, smog, smoke, mold, viruses, bacteria, etc. Soak a facial tissue or hand towel with it, and inhale the fumes. Adano Ley, my main mentor, carried a bottle containing a cotton swab soaked in apple cider vinegar in his truck when he crisscrossed the country from coast to coast.
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Tip #12 — Hold garlic in your mouth to swat viruses and bacteria where they live. Transform garlic into a time-released capsule by holding it between your teeth and nipping at it a little at a time to your personal taste and tolerance. Your mouth is not only the gateway to your stomach; it gives direct access to your lungs. Swallowing garlic dilutes it too much to do any good. Using it as a gate guard stops invaders at the border.
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Tip #13 — Do not supplement with iodine. It weakens immunity. According to Dr. Ray Peat, “Chronic excess iodine tends to cause thyroiditis, regardless of the gland’s size. The amounts used by Abraham and Flechas are much larger than this — very toxic doses, enough to cause severe thyroid problems.” (I wrote an e-book about the dangers of iodine supplementation in 2017 — Too Much Iodine? Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Tip #14 — Eat plain white sugar. James Hamblin (“Feed a Cold, Don’t Starve It Sometimes sugar causes inflammation. Sometimes it does the opposite,” The Atlantic, Sept. 8, 2016) wrote, “Meanwhile [compared to bacteria] the virus triggered a different type of sepsis, in which removing glucose was uniformly lethal. In that case, glucose seemed to be necessary for adapting to the stress of viral inflammation, by preventing stress-mediated apoptosis (cell death). Without that, an area in the brainstem was destroyed by inflammation, and the mice would stop breathing.”

I met a multimillionaire in Hope Ranch who acquired psychic abilities when he was a pilot in Vietnam.
He was shot down but parachuted to safety, but was listed as “killed in action” instead of “missing in action.”
Lost in the jungle for a matter of weeks, he spent hours trying to contact his wife to let her know he was alive.
She finally received his “message” while taking a bath (water is associated with psychic abilities and the so-called “astral plane”).
She ran out of the bathroom, shouting, “He’s alive! He’s alive!”, and her relatives understandably thought she was having a nervous breakdown.
Anyway, long story short, he made it to safety, and became very rich.
When I met him, he was flying his own Lear Jet back and forth between Santa Barbara and Chicago three days a week to work in his office (in one of several skyscrapers he owned).
He told me, “I’ve never lost money in a business deal because I already know the outcome.”

A full yawn with tonic extension of the limbs is therapeutic.
Besides boosting alertness and consciousness, yawning increases muscle tone (residual muscle tone).
For example, perky breasts indicate proper muscle tone in the small muscles surrounding the milk ducts and in the underlying pectoral and intercostal muscles.
Sagging breasts indicate the opposite.
The breasts and uterus are interconnected, so sagging breasts indicate a drooping uterus.
The fuller (space) and longer (time) the yawn (space-time continuum), the more global (space) and long-lasting (time) the results.
In other words, a wimpy yawn is partial and superficial therapy.
One example of a wimpy yawn is Yawning Interruptus, holding a hand over the mouth while yawning.
Sucking and swallowing are camouflaged yawning.
But anything can cause anything, and anything can cure anything.
Yawning Interruptus (the so-called “polite yawn”) can improve the sense of smell.
Yawning with the hand over the mouth can even RESTORE THE SENSE OF SMELL.

What about the hot baths with Epsom salt and baking soda? Ray Peat mentioned it was good for viruses but also since people are stressed, it is a great way to relax as well!
In addition, Inclined bed at night time (Andrew Fletcher IBT) and lazyboy naps during the day if you need to.

Absorbing magnesium through the skin is a popular folk myth, but little if any absorption actually occurs.
I rarely agree with WebMD, but in this case I do.
According to WebMD …
“In water, it [Epsom salt] breaks down into magnesium and sulfate. The theory is that when you soak in an Epsom salt bath, these get into your body through your skin. That hasn’t been proven, but just soaking in warm water can help relax muscles and loosen stiff joints.”
Soaking in the ocean doesn’t help either, even in the Dead Sea.
A typical human’s serum magnesium level is about 0.8 millimoles per liter (mmo/L).
In the ocean it’s about 55 millimoles per liter.
In the Dead Sea, it’s 198 millimoles per liter.
Bathing in the Dead Sea is definitely therapeutic, but it’s not because of magnesium.
Near-drowning in the Dead Sea is one sure way to raise serum magnesium levels.
Near-drowning there also raises sodium and potassium levels, often resulting in pneumonitis and respiratory failure.
Sodium, chloride, and potassium levels are not raised by near-drowning in the Dead Sea — something to ponder.
Inclined Bed Therapy (like everything else) is a Yes-No-Maybe option.
It’s “Yes” for pneumonia.
