The Large Intestine Meridian is at Flood Tide between 5:00-7:00 a.m.

The Large Intestine Meridian is at Half Tide (on the way out) between 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. (6 hours and 90 degrees later).

The Large Intestine Meridian is at Ebb Tide between 5:00-7:00 p.m. (12 hours and 180 degrees later).

The Large Intestine Meridian is at Half Tide (on the way in) between 11:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. (18 hours and 270 degrees later).

    Greetings!

    Mr Atom what do the good bacteria in our gut thrive on? Fruit sugar?
    could you please name some foods that help strenghten/sooth/heal the large intestine?

    I eat solar don`t get me wrong but it would be cool to know what foods are in particular great for the large intestine.
