Re: I hate the color red.

It’s a moving trauma, a change of lifestyle shock.

A man came to me, saying, “My friend tells me you can read people’s body language. I’ll get a session from you if you can prove it to me.”

“Well, OK,” I replied. “Do you have a physical problem?”

“My ankle hurts. I didn’t twist it or anything It just started hurting.”

“Which ankle? Left or right?”

“Right.”

“Let me ask you a strange question. What color do you think of when you think of the pain in your ankle? What’s the first color that comes to your mind?”

“Red.”

“How many days ago did your wife or girlfriend leave you?”

“Two weeks ago. Sign me up for a session.”

But it is not paradoxical if we remember that all change is difficult and changes involving considerable shifts in the pattern of interpersonal relationships are particularly taxing.”

The trips, travel, events – don’t they awaken some desire in us to Change something actually – sth within us, or around us, or cicumstances, etc in our present life/world?!! Like looking at our selves (or any current situation) “from above”, from a different point of view, with “a new pair of eyes” – no wonder we may get shocked or traumatized at least “in the beginning”; isn’t it about being prepared or unprepared for truth/s and revelations ABOUT US that have been “unexpected” or misunderstood for a while, and then, we just grow up, learn, experience more and learn how to Live in joy, and Love! :)
