Emotion and tension are everything for sure, but once you are in poverty and alienated due to non politically correct views, these exercises don’t do a lot.
If you have money and family and friends they are useful.
If you are alone with no family and friends and nothing to look forward to, it is hard to maintain equilibrium.
Playing bridge, golf or pickle ball with seniors that believe the news and are on 8 medications and bathed in wifi just doesn’t do it for me.
    Any suggestions?
Joining a church isn’t going to work either.
    Great show!
